Villa Luna Blu is your gateway to Tuscany, tucked away in the Apuan Alps on 3000 square metres of luxurious private property.
Villa Luna Blu is split into four apartments, each with two bedrooms. All bedrooms are ensuite, each boasting a full private washroom with either a bath or shower. The room design seamlessly combines modernity and tradition. Bedrooms are recently renovated and fully equipped with the modern conveniences of heating and ample socket access, however, they are decorated in the traditional Mediterranean style of the villa, maintaining a rustic charm.
The two master bedrooms on the ground floor both feature attractive floor to ceiling double doors, which open directly onto the garden patio. All master bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and ample storage space so that you can really make yourself at home during your vacation.
The other rooms are just as bright and airy, with large windows from which visitors can admire splendid views of the gardens and breathtaking mountains which surround the villa. These are similar in design to the master bedrooms, also providing visitors with the authentic Italian countryside experience. Three also feature king-sized beds and one is a twin room, which would be perfect for children joining the vacation.
Visitors will be blown away by the stunning surroundings and 2650 square metre garden of Villa Luna Blu. You could have an active holiday here without even leaving the villa, swimming or relaxing in the magnificent pool, or exploring the natural paradise of the gardens, fragrant with olive groves, Cyprus trees and an aromatic herb garden. The grounds also feature a tennis court for an energising vacation. The poolside is complete with lounge chairs and tables under attractive draped canopies. Closer to the house, visitors can take breakfast or enjoy a glass of Italian wine together on the patio.
The house is split into four apartments, each with two ensuite bedrooms, a kitchenette, a dining area and a living room. Kitchens are modern and fully equipped with an oven, a stove and a dishwasher. Each living room is designed in a cosy, rustic style consistent with the bedrooms. Some boast wood-burner fireplaces, furthering the farmhouse experience. The layout of the villa is perfect for a multi-family, or extended family vacation, with the separate apartments giving each group privacy, but the proximity and connectedness of each one allowing for easy socialising and movement throughout the house during the day.
For an additional charge, guests can employ maid and chef services, villa pre-stocking or food and firewood and airport transfers. Visitors can also have tours and activities arranged, or take cooking classes with fresh produce from the local market. The gardens are maintained year-round by a professional gardener, whose services are included in the booking price.

The villa is located just five kilometres from the charming village of Villafranca in Lunigiana, where you can find restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket. You are also just a short journey from several local beaches along the Mediterranean coast.
For visitors who want to see do some sightseeing, Villa Luna Blu is situated within an hour's drive from the beautiful cities of Pisa and Lucca, and an hour and a half’s journey from Florence, where visitors can explore some of the most famous art galleries in the world.
