The villa, set on a 55-acre of land with olive trees, woods and fields, offers interesting trails for walking and biking. Once owned by the most noble families in Tuscany, the double -storey villa features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living areas, spacious Tuscan-style kitchen, huge dining room, laundry room, a beautiful outdoor courtyard overlooking the well-maintained Italian garden, swimming pool and cultivated vineyards and olive groves. In other words, it offers the best combination of modern comforts amidst a rustic elegant setting making it the perfect getaway!
For guests comfort, all rooms in this beautiful home are air-conditioned. There are 6 luxuriously furnished bedrooms and 5 beautifully fitted bathrooms, in this home,which can accommodate up to 12 persons comfortably. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, located on the ground floor, can be accessed from the charming garden through a French door in the bathroom. The remaining 5 bedrooms are housed on the first floor, which also contain a sitting area for 8 with views of the pool and garden. Each of the bedrooms comes with either a comfortable queen or twin beds and different furnishings such as a chest drawer for storage of belongings and small fireplace for those cold winter nights while the bathrooms come with bathtubs, relaxing showers, vanities and high quality toiletries.
What makes this Villa the perfect escape is that it is nestled within the rolling hills of Tuscany, where there are luscious gardens and forests to help you take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Step outside the Villa and walk right into an outdoor courtyard set with a fountain and BBQ spit where you can enjoy the relaxing sounds of splashing water while cooking up a delicious steak amidst nature. A private pool equipped with lounge chairs, pool-side dining and outdoor shower is available for those hot sunny days. You can get a good tan with the lounge chairs or have a romantic candlelight dinner by the pool. Within the property is a 14.5-acre land that houses olive groves, vineyard, natural spring, fountains, hiking trails and scenic vistas, all to get you closer to mother nature. There is also a vegetable garden filled with organic herbs and produce. Last but not least, chapel services such as weddings, christenings and other ceremonies can be performed in the on-site, historic, consecrated chapel that is original to the property.
No matter if you are looking to be productive or to purely relax during your stay here, this charming villa has got you covered in every aspect. The downstairs living area is equipped with a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasures and a workstation equipped with a printer to help you achieve your productivity requirements. The upstairs living room features a library for some quiet time and a game table for some fun with your friends and family. The large Tuscan kitchen is renovated and is fully equipped with Miele appliances, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, a wood burning pizza oven and a fireplace.
