Villa Vittoria is a magnificent residence around an hour from the picturesque Cinque Terra coastline and the famous Versilia beaches. This 4-bedroom family villa does everything on a grand scale, whether it’s the stunning private pool at the side of a hill and surrounded by tall trees, the traditional Tuscan architecture, spacious bedrooms, and rich amenities you will find throughout the property, or the gorgeous views from the balconies. This property can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.
It was once a simple farmhouse but has now been restored completely and modernized to ensure that the guests staying here can enjoy all the contemporary luxuries. It has throughout air-conditioning, heating, an alarm system, satellite television, stereo system, and much more. The large outdoor areas are perfect for basking under the sun and appreciating the natural beauty of Tuscany. You are sure to have a memorable holiday when you stay in this villa.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. They all have antique wrought iron double beds but in two bedrooms, you will be able to convert them to single beds if you want. You can ask for a baby cot if you need one.
Bedrooms #1 and #2 open to a balcony that offers a gorgeous view. Bedroom #3 provides direct access to the pool terrace through a large door. Bedroom #4 opens to the garden and lawn. All the bedrooms are ensuite. The bathrooms are big – they have modern sinks, faucets, and a walk-in shower. With the first bedroom, you will also have a bathtub. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Surrounding the building, you will find a wide-open space with a large lawn and landscaped garden boasting an array of colorful blossoms. In the hills just beyond the fence, you will see woodland with some of the oldest cypress and olive trees. This is the home of many birds, owls, and squirrels. Villa Vittoria’s strong connection to nature is a standout attraction of this property. You can relax in the sun beside the large private swimming pool. The kids can run around in the garden and hide among the secluded olive trees.
Just beside the pool, you will find a shaded area with a large table and a sofa. Have an alfresco meal here while enjoying the views.
The house provides a homely touch, which you will feel as soon as you enter the property. Stone walls, beamed ceilings and shuttered windows are all traditional Tuscan elements. Alongside them, you will find modern amenities like satellite television, a sound system, and a barbecue. In the living room, Tuscan daybeds, and modern sideboards are clustered around the fireplace. The room’s stone walls add ambiance. The décor provides a lighthearted feel.
The living room moves to the dining space, where the table can seat all the guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances. Villa Vittoria also offers a book swap program – you can take one home from the library, provided you donate one to the library.
Final cleaning and once-a-week linen change are included with your stay in this luxury Tuscan villa. For an extra charge, you can ask for a maid, cook, and laundry service.
Villa Vittoria is at Lunigiana, which has been described as the hidden gem of Tuscany. You will be staying in one of the most scenic regions of Tuscany, surrounded by hills, forests, and small traditional villages. The towns of Lucca and Pisa are an hour away. You can also plan a day trip to Cinque Terra and Florence. You will find a grocery store only 3 kilometers from this holiday villa.
