A luxurious retreat, for health and wellness, Villa Awan Biru is located over 1.15 hectares of land atop a hill looking downwards to the river valley in Ubud. Bali’s famous Mount Agung can be spotted right from the villa itself, which has been designed with traditional thatched-roof structures, massively open spaces to retain the natural panorama, and a remarkable view from wherever you are in the private villa. An mini golf, gym, spa room, and two swimming pools will add the finishing touched to the perfect tropical holiday.
In order for you to really enjoy the splendid panoramic views around Villa Awan Biru, including the terraced rice fields, and Mount Agung, the six bedrooms at the villa are located around the swimming pool, in individually housed pavilions. There is complete privacy for guests as well as luxury as the bedrooms are fully-furnished, spacious, and offer spectacular views. Five of the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and the fifth bedroom is furnished with single beds.
Each bedroom boasts of an en-suite bathroom fitted with natural stone showers and bathtubs. The bedrooms are decorated with selective art-pieces that have been collected from around Indonesia, depicting Indonesia’s true heritage within its frames.
The villa covers a lot of land including terraced hilly areas, and luscious tropical greenery overlooking the river valley and Mount Agung. A solar-heated swimming pool lies amidst all the natural beauty and bejeweled vegetation, so you can enjoy a warm and refreshing dip even once the sun sets. As you take long walks around the villa’s outdoors and manicured gardens, don’t forget to take deep breathe as the air is as pure and clean as can be.
The emerald green of the trees and plants will perk up your mood, and you can even play a mini golf. A Jacuzzi is also equipped by the pool, for lounging in its heated water. Lounge on the sun chairs after a lap or two, and bask in the glorious atmosphere.
The contemporary interiors of the living pavilion when coupled with the lush greenery of the outdoors creates an inviting space where everyone can get together and truly relax. Comfortable lemon-colored sofas, a massive flat-screen TV, bookshelves lined with bestsellers and striking artwork on the walls make for a cozy nook you can call your own. The walls are complete glass-paneled wooden doors or windows so you can enjoy the view at all times and throughout the day.
A six-seater dining table is also equipped beside the sitting area, again looking outwards to the beautiful scenery. Alfresco dining is also available to guests, to have the luxury to dine amidst nature’s bounty. Several outdoor sitting areas furnished with rattan chairs, daybeds, and hammocks have also been fitted for the convenience of guests. A fitness room with all sorts of equipment is accessible to guests as well as a proper spa room complete with massage beds, infrared sauna, and chromotherapy.
Following the airport pick-up to the check-out, the staff at Villa Awan Biru will look after you in the most homely and warm manner. The hospitality is extended to include a daily breakfast prepared especially for you.
Although, the villa offers everything you need for a fun vacation, you can still drive down to the river to enjoy river rafting, or go trekking amidst the rice fields, and if you are adventurous then mountain biking. Since the villa has a traditional kul-kul, a watchtower, you can sightsee from within the villa itself!
