The Hermitage is a beautiful and luxurious 3-bedroom villa sitting on the edge of Victoria Reservoir near Kandy. The villa features very chic colonial interiors and stunning architecture with a high soaring rooftop and large glass windows overlooking the tropical nature around the villa. Set amidst 6 acres of tropical rainforest, staying at The Hermitage is a magical experience! There are 41 species of birds to be spotted on the property including the nearly extinct Grey Parrot and the temperature is always very pleasant as the property sits up in the highlands with an average of 25 degrees celsius.
The Hermitage has 3 ultra-chic master suites with antique furnishings and splendid views to kiss you away in the morning. Even the bathtubs in the opulent en-suite bathrooms come with a view - can you believe it?! The rooms are furnished with canopied king-size beds and teak cabinets. You also have the option of dining alfresco-style on the deck to the view of Victoria Reservoir.
