Villa Amanzi has six comfortable and spacious bedroom suites. Two of these bedrooms are master bedroom suites and offer expansive views of the surrounding valley, beaches, sun and surf. The master suites are furnished with king sized beds, ottomans, seating spaces, closets and other modern amenities. Guest bedrooms also have king sized beds for a comfortable stay. All the bedrooms in the villa enjoy private balconies, air conditioning as well as luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom also provides an opulent massage area complete with a massage bed. If so requested, Villa Amanzi can arrange for in-house Thai massage services.

The outdoor areas of Villa Amanzi provide breathtaking views of the Kata Beach area. A massive outdoor edgeless infinity pool overlooks mesmerizing sunset views and guests can enjoy the same from daybeds and lounging chairs by the poolside or from the outdoor lounge deck. The villa’s outdoor breakfast area is a great place for hanging out in the morning and starting your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and a view of the gorgeous tropical greenery.

The beautiful gardens of the villa make it a great venue for weddings, corporate events and retreats.

The living area of Villa Amanzi is spread over two floors with wood panel furnishings and beautiful artwork. The living areas are furnished with plush couches, comfy armchairs and lounging spaces for unwinding. The indoor areas open into a veranda and the poolside that offer panoramic views of the scenery outside.

The villa also provides other amenities like a modern well-equipped kitchen on the upper floor with appliances like microwave ovens, stoves, coffee makers and toasters. The main floor also houses a dining table that can sit 10 people. An indoor bar with swiveling bar stools is another great facility offered by the villa and enjoyed by the guests.

Villa Amanzi is staffed round the clock by caring and attentive employees who provide personalized assistance to guests. The in-house chef can whip up both western and Thai delicacies. The Villa manager or concierge speaks English and is always available to assist guests if they need something to make their stay more comfortable. Housekeeping duties are handled by professional staff who have been with the villa for a long time. The villa also provides 24 hour estate security services and can arrange for car rentals and in house Thai massages if requested by guests.
