The villa features 5 bedrooms tastefully decorated to accommodate 10 guests comfortably. The first Bedroom is the master bedroom on the top floor. It has a king-sized bed. The spacious vibe of the bedroom is quite impressive. The glass-paneled windows open up on one side offering ocean views. The glass-paneled door completely opens up to a huge private balcony with sofas facing the swimming pool.

The second bedroom is also a huge spacious room with a king-sized bed. It has a separate seating area and the glass-paneled doors and windows offer spectacular ocean views. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed. It doesn’t have a writing desk like the first & second bedroom. It has a separate sofa seating and the glass-paneled windows offer exclusive sea views.

The fourth bedroom also has a king-sized bed. On one side, the windows display the vibrant green tropical trees while the doors open up to the pool and sea views. The final fifth bedroom is an ideal family room having a double bed and a single bed. It is located in the basement, right beside the entertainment room.

All the 5 bedrooms have polished wooden flooring and wood furnishing. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms offer exquisite ocean views. The master bedroom’s bathroom has a Jacuzzi while all the other bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Each bedroom is air-conditioned although the ceiling fan with lights steals the show.

Villa Baan Paradise has a lovely outdoor lounge . The 14-meter long swimming pool with 7 cushioned sun-beds is a fun spot to chill. The spa jets in the pool offer guests back massage to relax those exhausted muscles under the wide blue sky while enjoying the ocean views. The tropical garden and the dining area by the pool-side add more to the villa’s beautiful outdoors.

The villa’s first living space is a huge area with high rise ceiling. All the glass-paneled doors open up leading to the pool area. There are sleek cozy sofas on one side for lounging purpose while the other side is a dining space with a full-furnished modern kitchen. The dining table has 8 comfy cushioned chairs.

The second living room features a large L-shaped grey-colored comfortable sofa with a unique wooden centre table. It serves as an entertainment room to enjoy movie night with family in the 60 inches TV and surround sound speakers. On the other side, there is a Billiard table.

The villa is maintained by 2 cordial maids who ensure the guests are comfortable during their stay. For queries, special requests, car rentals, party set-up, etc. the manager is always at service.
