This stunning villa boasts 6 air conditioned and heated bedrooms with 4 bathrooms to ensure the perfect night's sleep. The property is surrounded by 200 meter outdoor terrace and manicured gardens to enjoy and spectacular panoramic views across the lush countryside.

Villa Ca Na Cati boasts 6 cozy and welcoming bedrooms set over the two floors. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning and heating perfect for the warm summer weather or chilly nights and have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. The 6 bedrooms are situated over the two floors. On the main floor there are two doubles, one with a full ensuite bathroom, one twin and a double bed room which share the second bathroom. On the lower ground floor the other three bedrooms comprise one double with full ensuite, one twin and one single with folding bed. All bedrooms are stylish, are fully equipped with linens and blankets and all beautifully decorated in soothing and calming hues.
The lovely terrace boasts a barbeque, full kitchen with fridge/freezer and wine cooler, plenty of seating for dining alfresco and a beautiful outdoor lounge area. The terrace enjoys lovely views out across the beautiful heated swimming pool{except for the months of July and August}, and the picturesque gardens. The large outdoor dining table seating guests comfortably makes hosting dinner parties or having a simple alfresco meal a delight.

The living room is the perfect place to lounge after a busy day or to merely cool down in air conditioned comfort after spending time in the Mallorcan sun. The lovely terrace is accessible from the lounge area with an expansive outdoor seating area. The fully equipped kitchen of the villa is ideal. Definitely a place guests will enjoy cooking in or a quiet coffee. Complete with pots and pans, the kitchen boasts an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in. On the lower ground floor there is a kitchenette with ceramic cooktop and refrigerator for guests convenience.

The enchanting town of Pollensa centre is a 1km drive from the comfort of Villa Ca Na Cati, making the location of the villa perfect. The pretty and rustic little town is the perfect spot to explore, with stunning ancient stone architecture to discover. The town has a reasonable choice of restaurants, shops, and markets for lovely local products. The area is wonderful for wandering around the interesting narrow streets and discovering the Roman Bridge “Pont Roma”. A must see is the Puig de Pollensa; a small mountain topped by a monastery just out of town.
The town’s foundations were laid by the Arabs and in the early 1200s the knights Templar ousted the Arabs and built a beautiful church; The Nostra Senyora del Angels, which was later rebuilt in true Baroque style in the 18th century. Stunning white, sandy beaches are an easy drive from the villa, here guests can enjoy a family friendly day in the sun yachting and water sports. The town of Port de Pollensa is an easy few kilometers drive for sightseeing and shopping and more stunning beaches. Other places of interest include the Placa Mayor which is the home of Mallorca's best Sunday market, ensuring shopping for wonderful arts and crafts guaranteeing a delightful experience.
