Villa Herrero

All 3 bedrooms at Villa Herrero are located on the upper floor of this 2-storey villa. The first room is fitted with a double bed and comes with an ensuite bathroom and bathtub, while the 2nd comes with twin bedding and the last room being of single bedding. These 2 rooms share a family bathroom. The Double Bed master room has a rustic countryside charm with an exposed stone wall on one side, and wooden bed frame that enhances its classic charm. All of the rooms are simple in taste and decor, which extends to the bathrooms too, decked with contemporary wall tiles and wooden storage cabinets and doors.

The sprawling outdoors with its gorgeously-demarcated layout is refreshing for guests, with the grassy lawn clearly separating the alfresco dining space with its really charming stone-hemmed wall exterior and flooring, as well as a large private pool that measures 7.5m X 4.1m with Roman steps, framed neatly with stone slab borders. The well-manicured gardens with its pretty flowery shrubs and trees provide a shady solitude and respite for guests while the sunbeds on the end of the pool area will allow for sunbathing and more spots to chill out. Not to be missed is an inviting pergola with a brick-built barbeque facility at the disposal of guests.

The villa’s indoors ooze finesse and character that conforms respectfully to local traditions with its design and choice of materials used in the built-up. Enter the open plan lounge area and guests will be immediately transported to a traditional Mallorcan home setting with its unique indented and purpose-built stone walls, facing the sofas that sit across. This space is also equipped with satellite television and stereo for a full-fledged entertainment, while a fireplace behind and fronted by two lazy wooden chairs certainly augments the villa’s cosiness. Cross the orange tiled flooring and guests will find a pretty kitchen, designed with its beautiful marble top and sink while the rest of the fittings are made of wood that create the wondrous, homey kind of feeling.

The villa provides free air conditioning from 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily. It has also been wholly disinfected and sanitized in view of the current circumstances for the safety of all guests. Mid-stay cleanings are included while the bed linens and towels are changed every 7 days. Guests with young toddlers will be happy to note that cot, crib and high-chairs are also available upon request. WiFi Internet is also complimentary throughout.
