This charming property is rustic modern, built with traditional Spanish stone, and set amongst lovely gardens. This property is truly a tranquil retreat from the world.
Casa Sion Finca has three spacious, double bedrooms, each beautifully decorated, airconditioned, and the perfect fusion of charm and comfort. The bedrooms have double beds, and the bedding, mattresses, and also linens are all of excellent quality and create a feeling of restful charm. Each room has wardrobes, lovely furnishings and two bedrooms have doors to the terrace and swimming pool.
The bedrooms are served by three bathrooms, bright, spacious and modern, with walk in showers, one boasting a bathtub for long leisurely baths, and each is supplied with towels and hairdryers for guests convenience.
Each room is airconditioned and has views of the pretty gardens or pool.
Surrounded by open space and nature and fabulous views , this property is perfect for family and friends. The large swimming pool and terrace offer privacy, rural vistas and guarantee peace and quiet. The little ones have plenty of green space to play and lovely gardens to explore.
The swimming pool has plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas for days relaxing and soaking up the sun. There is a BBQ on site for lovely al fresco meals on the terrace and large dining table and chairs and an outdoor lounge area, definitely the spot to enjoy some quiet time or stargaze at the vast open night sky.
Guests will appreciate the classic Mallorcan charm and décor of this lovely property, featuring a large terrace, natural stone, and terra cotta, and wonderful timber beams ensuring a feel of rustic, Mallorcan charm.
Entering through the double doors, the feeling of home is instant with beautiful wood-beamed ceilings, timber floors and touches of traditional Spain with modern comforts. The lovely living area is to the left of the entrance with ample comfortable seating and satellite tv for cozy nights enjoying family and friends. The dining area is bright and light and features a large white timber table and chairs, close to the terrace.
There is a modern kitchen, fully equppied with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer and all equipment needed to create and serve delicious meals. The décor in this lovely property is light and calming, creating a feeling of comfort and coziness, perfect for a relaxing retreat.
Casa Sion will be completely spotless and deep cleaned with freshly made beds for guests’ arrival and is completely cleaned on guests’ departure at an extra charge. Sorry but pets are not welcomed, and holding of events is not permitted, the home is also a non-smoking property.
Check-in is between 8.30 am and 10 pm, depending on bookings, and check out by 10 am on the day of departure. Guests will need to provide proof of id and credit card on arrival. Please contact the villa for arrival time.
The Finca is located a short 2.5km trip into Binissalem, and guests can enjoy the restaurants, bars and cafes on offer. Enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine at one of the lovely restaurants, or sample a glass or two of the local wines at one of the street cafes, there is enough colour and charm in this pretty town to keep everyone happy.
The town is the center of an excellent wine region ensuring guests a good selection of lovely wines to sample and purchase and local shops and supermarkets for stocking up with supplies. Guests lucky enough to be in the area in September will surely enjoy the wine festival, the Festa d’ es Verema, a celebration of the grape harvest with wines, dancing, and lots of fun.
The town center is a delight with a vibrant and friendly feel and its wonderful to wander the old quarter and enjoy the history and small shops in the area.
The lovely city of Palma is close by with a railway connection from Binissalem, a fabulous day trip to a stunning historic city with a very colorful cosmopolitan feel. The beaches in the area are stunning, with the lovely Playa de Palma beach approximately 25 minutes drive from Casa Sion.
