Newly opened for the 2022/23 ski season with beautifully designed interiors and the full array of modern, luxury amenities, to stay at Prominence is to experience contemporary Japanese living done right. This stunning three-bedroom chalet is perfect for groups of all kinds, be they families, groups of friends or a mix, offering configurable beds, a spacious, open-plan design and a peaceful, yet central, location. Spend your time away from the slopes socialising, relaxing or playing in the large living room, equipped with a Bose sound system and SmartTV or head to the fully-equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious culinary feast or playful drinks before a night out.
Just like the rest of the chalet, the three bedrooms at Prominence are each designed in a gorgeous Alpine style, inspired by both traditional and modern Japanese design. With snowy whites, natural woods and soft fabric textures, this style perfectly compliments the forest views through the window. Each with configurable beds which can be arranged as either one king-sized bed or two twin beds, Prominence is the perfect choice for families or groups of all kinds. Finally, in accordance with the highest standards of cosy, luxury living, two of the three bedrooms are ensuite.
Prominence has a large front garden which leads onto the quiet street where the chalet is located. Surrounded by pines and lawns, your front yard becomes a winter wonderland when the snow falls, and the whole area is blanketed in a crystal-white carpet. Greet the morning with a steaming cup of sencha tea as you enjoy the mountain breeze and satisfying crunch of the snow underfoot, as your kids rush out to energise for the day ahead with a snowball fight.
Newly renovated in 2022, sparing no expense in the pursuit of your utmost comfort and cosiness, the interiors at Prominence are a treat for the eyes, mind and body. The main living areas are located on the first floor, and consist of a spacious, semi-open-plan living room, kitchens and dining room. Enjoy a quiet evening in lounging on the generous leather sofa, watching Netflix on your flat screen TV, before enjoying a home cooked meal cooked in your fully-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, get ready for a night out with homemade cocktails sitting at the breakfast bar and dancing in your living room to music playing on the Bose Bluetooth speaker.
When you first arrive, you will be greeted by a complimentary pick-up from anywhere within Hakuba, and a drop-off will also be provided as you leave. As well as heating app, WiFi and Netflix waiting for you in the chalet, you will also be treated to daily bin collection. Prominence is located in a scenic clearing, lined with towering pines, within walking distance of the centre of Hakuba. Since hosting the Winter Olympics in 1998, Hakuba has been one of the most popular ski resorts in Japan, beloved for its stellar pistes, state-of-the-art lifts and excellent snow quality. After a day tearing up the slopes or hiking in the mountains, enjoy a night on the town, exploring the varied eating and drinking scene which offers everything from casual family dining to thumping nightclubs.
