Asanagi is a two-storey property in Niseko, Hokkaido that accommodates a studio and a three-bedroom home. Located near Hirafu Village to which you can take the winter shuttle, the house makes it easier for guests to access the local restaurants, onsens in the village, ski slopes and shops. Great for families, couples and a group of friends, Asanagi affords you a quiet and peaceful getaway where you can enjoy the snowy landscape or even the spring bloom in the comfort of your centrally-heated home away from home.
Whether you’re renting out the studio or the three-bedroom house, you have access to four graciously-designed bedrooms that are homely so you can settle in with ease. The rooms are furnished with double beds that can be separated into singles upon request. They are centrally heated so you can escape the winter chill while lazing on your cosy bed snuggled up under the blankets. The two bathrooms are designed with shower areas, amenities fitted with advanced Japanese technology, and other facilities. Asanagi can accommodate up to nine guests at a time.
For ski enthusiasts, Asanagi is a great base from where you can explore the nearby slopes. The property is found in a quiet and serene part of the area so you can enjoy your peace while spending time indoors. The neighbourhood is teeming with native vegetation that are laden with freshly-fallen snow, the most idyllic setting for a white Christmas. Whether it’s playing in the snow with your children or simply enjoying a long, leisurely walk to take in your mesmerising surroundings.
Guests are free to book either the entire property or the studio and three-bedroom option individually. The living spaces are essentially designed to offer the utmost comfort so you are able to spend quality time with your friends and family. The area is centrally-heated to provide a warm and cosy ambiance for rest. Once the sun sets and the temperature drops, watch some TV, which has English channels on demand, while lounging on the comfortable sofas. The glass walls allow in abundant natural light to highlight each and every corner of the room. Head out to the balcony if you wish to drink your tea in the fresh air for a relaxing evening.
The studio is a self-contained unit so it has everything you need from a cosy sitting space to a kitchen and dining all in the same space. The main house features an open-plan living area which has the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen for family meals, evening drinks and late-night movie marathons. The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar with seating for two and state of the art fittings such as a built-in microwave, dishwasher and the coffee machine to get you started for the day.
The fully-serviced Asanagi is ideal for a family getaway as it comes with its own laundry area with a dryer to handle all your skiing gear. Additionally, the staff can arrange for a delicious breakfast as well or ski passes.
Asanagi is located in an idyllic spot in the middle of Niseko, with the finest powdery white snow. There are plenty of winter activities you can do nearby such as skiing, a soak in the hot springs, mountain lunches and others. The popular slopes are at Hanazono or Hirafu that are both not far from the property. Summertime has its own share of fun activities like horseback riding, hot air balloon rides and kayaking.
