Since its opening on December 2016, Aya Niseko takes pride in its open-air natural hot spring bath and gives straight access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. Rooms are designed to have floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of Niseko’s jaw-dropping beauty. Free WiFi and free private parking services are available on-site. Apart from these, a sauna, gym, hot spring bath, and a conference room are also available for the guests to use. Aya Niseko is composed of 12 spacious apartments that can accommodate up to four guests per apartment. Decorated with exquisite modern furniture, all units have a flat-screen TV and an air conditioning unit installed. Selected rooms contain a kitchen with a microwave which impresses guests. During the winter season, ski and snowboard lessons can be arranged on the front desk. They even speak your language! Aya Niseko’s guests feel happier compared to any property because of its modern yet complete facilities.
Decorated with modern lighting fixtures, paintings, and stylish furniture, bedrooms of Aya Niseko has a comfortable bed placed near the window to provide magnificent views of the mountain, forest, and the ski resort. Every room has a flat-screen TV installed with cable channels and a stereo. High-Speed WiFi is also available for guests to use. Each room contains a bathroom with a hot and cold shower, a toilet and a sink.
A spacious free parking area is available for guests upon check-in. Aside from this; a fitness center is available for gym rats and sauna for those people who wanted to relax. Aya Niseko also offers open public bath ideal for gatherings with friends and family. A ski storage area is available outside the units which prevent ski equipment to be brought inside. Moreover, a laundry area is available if guests wanted to wash their own laundry.
A spacious living room can be found in Aya Niseko with comfortable couches to relax and chill over a cup of coffee or a bottle of wine. Flat screen TV is installed in front of the living room, decorated with stylish lamps and a stereo to simulate an excellent movie experience during gatherings. Beside the living room is the dining area equipped with a long dining table which can accommodate up to 10 pax. A fully equipped kitchen can be utilized once you rent this apartment. Kitchen utensils and equipment are all free to use except the raw materials which you can buy from the nearest market or stores. Meeting or banquet facilities are available but of additional charge once utilized by the guests; the same goes for using babysitting and child services area.
Aya Niseko boasts its dynamic staff which can speak both Japanese and English. They offer ski and snowboard lessons during the winter season but comes with an additional charge. Its front desk is also available 24 hours which you can call to assist your needs. They offer daily housekeeping services as well as laundry service (but of charge). Guests feel happier since most of the staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The 24-hour concierge also offers advance booking of tickets, lift passes, car rental, and taxi services.
Aya Niseko is surrounded by forests, mountain view and ski resorts. Most of the resorts surrounding the area are ski resorts which are in-demand during winter seasons. The nearest station is JR Hirafu Station which is only 16-minutes away by driving. Two airports (Sapporo and New Chitose) are also within reach and are 2-hour drive away from the property. Local shops offering various products as well as restaurants are located within the area and only needs a 10-minute walk.
