AYA Residence A has four bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom. With the four bedrooms, the place can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms have king-sized beds with pillows and comforter blankets so that you can have a restful sleep. The ensuite bathrooms in it have a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows so that guests can admire the stunning forest views outside. You can also notice that there is enough space for closet and storage to help you maintain the organization of the rooms. Residence A has also a maid’s room which is ready whenever needed. All bedrooms are en-suite and have direct access to a 100% natural private onsen bath.
The place has an exclusive ski-in entrance with spacious ski and boot room. Just outside the living area, you can find an expansive 77 sqm private terrace. Outside the rooms is a private onsen bath that you can enjoy anytime. The best way to end adrenaline-pumping activities is a dip in an onsen bath.
The living area is designed with contemporary built-in finishes and an expansive wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass all throughout the place. The ceilings are lofted with heights that reach up to 3.75 meters. This makes the place look very wide and spacious setting a relaxing, comfortable but contemporary ambiance. The living area has sophisticated bespoke furniture and has high-end audio and visual facilities where you and your family can enjoy. There is also underfloor heating and the gas fireplace add more comfort to your stay. The kitchen is a designer type equipped with modern facilities where you can bond with the entire group while preparing hearty dishes. The dining table can accommodate up to ten people making meals a bonding moment for the whole family and friends.
