If you are looking for a luxurious villa that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests that are centrally located in Niseko, then Aya Niseko Residences B is the perfect place for you. With its three-bedroom with ensuite bathroom, your family is assured of maximum comfort in a private villa with stunning forest views. Designed with an open-plan layout and contemporary built-in finishes, the ambiance of the entire villa is luxurious, minimalist, cozy, and homey.
Aya Niseko Residences B has four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms furnished with a king-sized bed that can be changed to two single beds upon request. Two bedside tables with reading lamps are provided so that guests can do night-time reading in bed. The bathrooms come with a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. There is also enough space for storage and closet in each room. For maximum comfort and relaxation, all rooms are equipped with aair-conditioning units and underfloor heating mechanism. There is also a separate room for the housemaid that comes with an ensuite bathroom. With this, guests do not need to worry about the accommodation of the housemaid.
If you think that the indoor area is already spacious, wait until you see the expansive 77 sqm private terrace. Here you can practice your morning yoga and meditation while being one with nature. After a long day of strenuous activities, you can use the private 100% natural onsen bath that is exclusive for the guests staying at Aya Residences B. For guests driving to Aya Niseko, a safe parking area is available for the exclusive use of the resort’s guests.
With its spacious 225 sqm internal area, you can only expect ample space for all the guests. The living area is designed with expansive wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling glass so that you can view stunning forest views outside. This allows natural light to brighten up the living room where guests can enjoy watching movies using the high-end audio and visual facility. The lofted ceiling heights of up to 3.75 m makes the place look even bigger. The unit comes with a designer kitchen with complete cooking facilities and equipment. There is also a wooden eight-seater dining table in between the living area and the kitchen, where guests can enjoy scrumptious meals. In the storage area, guests have private use on a washer and dryer facility. The unit comes with a gas fireplace, air-conditioning unit, and underfloor heating mechanism.
