This well-appointed villa is fully self-catering, providing you with plenty of freedom and independence, while retaining hotel-like luxury. Enjoy stunning views of the surroundings- including the iconic Mt. Youtei- and relax in a blissful haven that’s been entirely conceived to radiate a sense of distinct homeliness.
With a stay in Boheme House, enjoy a tranquil night’s rest in four bedrooms that can very easily accommodate up to nine guests. Tastefully-appointed with its own en-suite bathroom so you can unwind and shower in all privacy at the end of a fun-filled day. This particular room comes with a King-sized bed and premium linens, perfect for ensuring an excellent night’s rest.
This villa also boasts three additional guest rooms with either four King-sized beds or six single beds, based on your own personal preferences. The guest rooms share two bathrooms between them.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows with mesmerizing views of the surroundings, including the spectacular Mt. Youtei. Don’t miss your favorite movies and television shows with the flat-screen television. As the evening settles in, flare up the ethanol fireplace, perfect for a cozy evening spent with your loved ones.
In terms of dining, put together a quick meal in the fully-equipped western kitchen that features all the equipment, utensils and accessories that you will need to prepare your meals. There’s also a lovely shabby-chic dining area with long rustic benches so you can gather around and share delicious meals as you swap stories about your adventures in Japan.
Your stay at Boheme House is made even more enjoyable thanks to the dedicated and highly experienced staff who will be looking after you. Guests of the hotel can revel in complimentary WiFi. Housekeeping services are available a couple of times a week, so rest assured that you won’t have to worry about tedious household chores during your mountain holiday in Japan.
With a stay at Boheme House, you will be in the tranquil area of Hirafu in Niseko. This villa places you around 500m from the family chair lifts so you can indulge in an assortment of activities. More importantly, you will be within walking distance to various boutiques and restaurants specializing in local delicacies. Of course, with Mt. If you’re an inexperienced mountaineer, rest assured that you can also enjoy a scenic hike across the flank or foot of the snow-capped mountain and breathe in the fresh air as you take in picturesque views of the gloriously green surroundings.
