An unapologetically contemporary retreat close to the center of Hirafu Village, You B’youtei - 3 Bedroom was freshly built in 2006. This villa can provide two or three bedrooms, depending on the guests’ personal preferences. With an angled design that beautifully fuses Western and Japanese architecture, You B’youtei - 3 Bedroom provides striking vistas of the snowy surroundings. This chalet can comfortably accommodate between four and seven guests.
The first level of the villa comprises of three beautifully-styled bedrooms. All the bedrooms provide king-sized beds, and large closets with ample storage space. The bedrooms are fitted with oversized windows to let in plenty of natural light while ensuring glorious views of the nearby mountains and ski lifts.
The bedrooms share two bedrooms, meticulously-appointed with elegant furnishings and bidets.
Outside, the picturesque forest beckons, perfect for a relaxing morning stroll. A complimentary parking space lies in front of the chalet to accommodate one vehicle. A wide, tiled-floored genkan borders the interior, and the villa is framed by a spacious timber deck, perfect for admiring the views and weather. An external storage room adds additional space where guests can keep their equipment.
Floor-to-ceiling windows accentuate the cozy living quarters located on the second level. With classy parquet flooring and unblemished vistas of the snowy tapestry, the common areas feature an open-floor living room and a dining space, both accentuated by a large entertainment area. Guests can spend cozy evenings in front of the smart television, complete with a home theatre system and Netflix.
The dining room is fringed by a modern kitchen, fully outfitted with a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, and various other appliances. The laundry room is fully equipped with different amenities, as well as plenty of space to store and dry your boots.
You B’youtei offers complimentary Netflix and WiFi so that guests can easily keep up with social media and movies. If you’re traveling with small children, it is possible to request kid-friendly amenities such as a baby gate, a high chair, and a baby cot. At an extra fee, guests can also book the services of a dedicated and highly experienced babysitter to look after the children. Laundry equipment is available at the villa. You B’youtei offers private ski lessons to guests of all expertise levels, ensuring that you’re completely ready to hit the slopes.
The Hirafu village center lies just 540m from the villa, perfect for enjoying a late evening stroll while browsing the many shops and restaurants that dot the charming streets. For an authentic Japanese experience, you can explore the many onsens in the area, namely Yukoro, Niseko Alpen, and The Vale.
While the region is mainly known for its ski adventures, guests can also indulge in additional activities, such as visiting the iconic Shu Ogawara Museum and the Somoza Gallery. A short drive from the villa leads to Lake Toyako, an awe-inspiring onsen town which houses a tranquil lake and a large active volcano. Because the region is awash with fun and entertaining activities, guests visiting in the summer can even go horseback riding, golfing, or rafting down the Shiribetsu River, hailed as one of the clearest expanses of water in all Japan.
