Jun is a luxury six-bedroom ski chalet of the very highest order. Easily able to accommodate 14 guests, this two-storey modern chalet has over 447 square metres of floor space and is ideally located in the heart of Hirafu’s lower village, making it the perfect place for your family ski holiday in one of the world’s best powder ski resort.
The villa features a private secure garage, a large drying room, 60 inch TV and state of the art entertainment system including Apple TV and Apple Airplay. Free high-speed internet is available throughout Jun. Outside is no less impressive with stunning views of Mount Yotei and the Niseko United ski slopes.
The luxury chalet has six bedrooms, four on the lower or ground floor, and two masters on the upper or first floor. All the bedrooms have plush carpeting to give guests the ultimate in warmth and comfort. Bedroom one has two single beds that can easily be made into a king-size bed. It also has a wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has two single beds that can be joined to form one king-size bed. It has a wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The beds are positioned so guests have a wonderful view of the Niseko landscape direct from their beds.
Bedroom three has two single beds that can be moved together to form a king-size bed. It has an en suite bathroom and wardrobe. Bedroom four has two bunk beds which can sleep a total of four. It has an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, are the two master bedrooms. Master bedroom one has a king-size bed, wardrobes, its own en suite bathroom, and a large private balcony. The second master, has a king-size bed, wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. It also has a private balcony.
The upper storey of Jun has three balconies. Two are private ones for both of the master bedrooms. The third is a large communal one leading off from the dining area and has a BBQ.
The interiors are designed, decorated and furnished in a very stylish, modern fashion. The clean lines and huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room make the very most of the stunning scenery that surrounds the chalet on every side. If you can tear yourself away from the views, there is a 60 inch TV with Apple TV as well as a Bluetooth and Apple Airplay enabled the sound system. A large gas fireplace provides warmth and gives the area a cosy ambience.
The dining area also enjoys stunning views, and the dining table can comfortably seat 14 people. Adjacent to it, the kitchen island or breakfast bar seats another four people, and has two sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped and large, and the chalet even has its own pantry. The floor has a WC and powder room and a handy storage area.
Downstairs, the ground floor houses the private garage. That is also the location of one of the dual access entranceways into the chalet, leading guests from the ski slopes straight to the large dry room. The other grand entrance gives access into the hallway, where there is also a laundry room with a separate washer and dryer. Throughout Jun, the stone surfaces have underfloor heating.
Guests with children can hire a sleeping cot (for children aged up to 2), a high chair and safety gate. There is also free use of the concierge service, perfect for booking everything from a table at one of the many local restaurants, to hiring a babysitter.
The chalet is conveniently situated for both the world class ski slopes and the large selection of bars and restaurants that make it such a good après ski area. These include Yo Kaiseki, Ebisutei and Coto Bar.
