Kisetsu is a classic chalet designed and built in a modern wood design and situated in an ideal location in Niseko, just a short walk from the central village, and 50 metres from a free ski shuttle bus stop. With three large and well-appointed bedrooms and 142 square metres of space, this charming villa will perfectly suit a small family or group. Free parking is available, and guests of the chalet have complimentary use of the high-speed internet connection.
During heavy snowfall, snow clearing may begin early in the morning, sometimes from around 6 AM, to keep the area safe and accessible. As Kisetsu is close to a main road and public parking area, you may occasionally hear some activity early in the day. Please kindly note that local authorities conduct their own street snow clearing, and their schedule is outside of our control and visibility.
This modern cabin house has two floors, with all three bedrooms being on the upper storey. Bedroom one comes with two single beds or one king-size bed and a wardrobe. It shares a bathroom with bedroom two. This has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed.
The master bedroom, or bedroom three, has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. It has a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a modern shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the large balcony that runs the entire width of the chalet.
The chalet has its own delightful porch through which you enter the villa, and two large balconies that extend the width of the property, giving beautiful views. The chalet is surrounded by a small, but neat garden and yard area that gives added privacy.
The ground floor of Kisetsu Chalet is where the living and dining areas are. The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area, giving it a very social ambiance - ideal for a family gathering or gets together among friends. Stylishly decorated and furnished, with wooden flooring, the spacious living area boasts comfortable settees, several fashionable and modern chairs, a wing back chair and a day bed sofa. A highchair can be rented for guests with young children. The living area also has a widescreen satellite TV, and a free standing fireplace for those cozy nights in with the family.
The dining area has been designed adjacent to two large windows that provide the area with natural lighting. The large dining table sits ten people comfortably. Next to the dining area is where you will find the large, modern and fully equipped kitchen. As well as an island bench featuring a single slab wooden top and an always handy wine fridge, the kitchen has an “L” shaped worktop with a gas hob and sink and a beverage station.
The ground floor has a large balcony, offering guests splendid views over the beautiful Niseko landscape, and there is also an equipment or dry room. This has its own outside door, meaning you do not have to trail wet clothing through the rest of the chalet, and turns Kisetsu into a dual access villa. There is as a toilet downstairs, and the upper level has laundry facilities. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Guests at Kisetsu can enjoy several free services provided by the chalet staff. These include: maintenance; snow clearing; 24/7 emergency English and Japanese speaking contact; daily garbage pickup; concierge services; option to pre-order food to stock up your fridge and cupboards prior to arrival.
Kisetsu is very handily located a short walk from Niseko central village with its abundance of bars, restaurants and apres ski activities. These include Bistro Re Arbor, Crab Dining Kanon, Bigfoot Bunker, Yoko Oh-No’s and Wild Bills. There is a 24 hour Lawson convenience store close to the chalet. Niseko’s slopes are world-famous for having some of the best powder anywhere on earth, and guests at this luxury chalet can take full advantage courtesy of the bus stop for the free ski shuttle that takes you right to the slopes – just 50 metres from the villa.
