Konayuki in the heart of central Hirafu offers direct access to the best of Niseko. This stylish chalet is near to restaurants and ski lifts making it the perfect choice for groups and families of up to 12 adults.
This contemporary tri level chalet is fully self-contained and features 5 comfortable bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, media/games room and generous ski drying room, fitted with the most luxurious modern furnishings.
One king room sits majestically on the first floor which also serves as the chalet’s entry point, in addition to the media room, laundry room and a separate communal toilet. Another beautifully furnished en-suite room is housed on the middle floor sharing the floor with the spacious kitchen, living and dining area, 3 luxurious bedroomsare on the top floor, one of which comes with en-suite bathroom while the other two share a bathroom and toilet. One of these rooms have access to a private balcony.
The spacious Genkan (Entrance hallway) welcomes you home as you proceed to the custom-designed ski drying room to store your ski equipment and boots on the generous racks provided.
Retreat into comfort and warmth after a long day of adventure. Cuddle up on the huge plush crescent shaped leather sofa surrounded by large floor to ceiling windows all around and warm up from the cold winter outside in front of the gas fireplace.
Challenge your culinary prowess in the fully-equipped kitchen crafting delicious mouth-watering masterpieces sure to delight the senses. Once done, enjoy these creations in the spacious and cozy dining area which comfortably fit 13 persons.
Before retiring for the night, bond with the family, by organizing a movie marathon or games night in the comfortable media/games room downstairs, which is equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment and sound system, in addition to a library of books, DVDs and CDs to keep the entire family occupied.

As Konayuki is centrally located it is surrounded by many conveniences and points of attractions, most of which are within a short walking distance. The village’s free shuttle bus is literally at its doorstep whilst the Ace Family Ski Lift is 15 minutes on foot.
Right across the road is The Barn, a great place for apres-ski drinks and unique Niseko dining experience. This place stays open till late and offers late happy hours where draft beer and selected cocktail are a mere 500 yen, which is indeed a steal. Niseko Yummy’s Pizza a mere minute down the road for hearty wood fire pizzas (family favorites!). Ezo Seafood Bar, a favorite of the late Anthony Bourdain is also within a minute walk away. Celebrate special moments at the iconic Michelin-starred French restaurant, Kamimura with an exquisite dining experience, a stone’s throw away.
Seicomart and Lawson’s are also a quick walk from the chalet where you can get yummy Japanese snacks, drinks and other light essentials to your heart’s content but remember not to overspend!
Fancy some ski or snowmobile lessons, the Niseko Ski and Snowmobile school is just a short walk while the NAC Adventure Park which offers year round activities, further down the road, keeps the entire family (kids especially) entertained.
