Built in 2008, this luxury three bedroom holiday chalet is located in the heart of Hirafu village, with easy access to the fantastic ski slopes this part of Niseko is famous for. It is also close to a large number of vibrant restaurants and bars. Yukibana has a very impressive 179 square metres of floor space, and combined with the high ceilings, large open plan living area and dining room has a majestic feeling of space. Even with seven guests, it will never feel cramped.
Large floor to ceiling windows in the living areas and bedrooms have the dual purpose of allowing in the natural light, and also of providing stunning views across the famed Hokkaido landscape – stunning whatever the season or weather. The villa impresses in every aspect, and the large outdoor jacuzzi – big enough for the whole family – is the icing on the cake. As well as a private garage, fully fitted kitchen, smart TV with Netflix, this family ski chalet has free Wi-Fi throughout.
Yukibana has three bedrooms, all of them on the upper or second floor. Bedroom one has a large double bed, a wardrobe and its own large en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom two has a large double bed and wardrobe and shares a bathroom with the adjacent bedroom three which also has a large double bed and wardrobe. All three bedrooms enjoy excellent views and lots of natural light courtesy of their huge floor to ceiling windows.
Despite the fantastic interiors and location, perhaps the star of the show is outside the chalet. On the first/middle floor, there is a large terrace which itself is a great place to unwind, relax and take in the scenery. Even better though is the jacuzzi, giving guests the chance to live like a Hollywood film star. With views over the countryside, the outdoor jacuzzi is large enough to accommodate all the family or guests.
The interior rooms of this chalet, especially the large open plan lounge and dining area, are characterised by its modern, stylish and fashionable designed furniture and décor. Straight clean lines don’t distract from the views that pour in from every window, while the wooden floors help to give Yukibana a warm ambience. If warm ambience is not enough, there is always the beautiful electric fireplace of course.
Large modern, comfortable sofas give ample seating, and a good place for guests to watch the smart TV with Netflix. There is also a DVD player, stereo system, and the chalet comes with a telephone. Wi-Fi is available throughout. The kitchen, in keeping with everything else in the property is modern, stylish and fully equipped, and includes a microwave oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor, as well as the traditional genkan entranceway, there is a secure and private garage with room for one vehicle, a laundry room and a WC and powder room.
Our experienced and friendly staff are there to help all guests with anything they need. There is a complimentary concierge service that can help with any request no matter how small, from table reservations at any of the multitude of local eateries, to organising a babysitter. Guests can also book their lift passes and even ski lessons before they arrive so they do not waste any time of their holiday. Airport transfers are available for a fee.
The holiday villa is very conveniently located from both the ski lifts and the village. The lifts are just 490 metres from the guests’ front door, and the village centre is even less, at 290 metres. There are many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, favourites include Izakaya Koharuya, The Cabin Niseko and Rin Japanese Restaurant.
