Latitude 42 Niseko

Latitude 42 has four bedrooms across both its two floors. Bedroom one is on the ground or lower floor. It has two single beds that can be made to form a king-size bed. It also has a table with two chairs and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The separate WC has, like the bathroom, direct access from the bedroom, and another access that leads to the rest of the lower floor.
The other three bedrooms in the chalet are located on the upper floor. Bedroom two has two single beds that can be pushed together easily to form a king-size bed. It has direct access to a bathroom and WC, with there being another access point for other guests. Bedroom three has three single beds. Should guests choose to, they can opt to make a king-size bed, leaving the room to have a single and king bed.
The fourth bedroom is at the other end of the chalet and has two single beds that can make a king-size bed. It has its own en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

Latitude 42 is surrounded by its own grounds giving guests extra privacy. There is off street parking in its private drive. A covered porchway gives shelter when entering and leaving the chalet, and the master bedroom on the first floor has its very own private balcony.

The entrance to Latitude 42 is through the traditional genkan. From there the dry room leads off - a spacious area to leave your ski equipment. The very impressive open plan living and dining area really is a sight to behold. The space goes right up to the timber roof on the second floor, and the timber flooring and wood surrounds are simply stunning. The gas fireplace was designed and built by one of the local master craftsmen out of stone and timber. With the oversized leather sofa, flat screen TV, and entertainment system boasting stereo surround sound, this really is the height of luxury.

The exquisite dining table seats eight adults with ease and is next to the modern fully equipped kitchen area. There the island seats four more, as well as housing a dishwasher. Also in the kitchen, there is a large “L” shaped workbench complete with a full-size oven, gas hobs and built-in fridge. The whole of the living area is finished off with large windows that go up to the ceiling, giving incredible views of the snowy landscape that surrounds the villa.

Guests with children can hire a high chair, a safety gate and a sleeping cot suitable for children up to two years of age. As well as free internet, local phone calls are also free of charge. A complimentary concierge service is available to guests, that will help them with booking everything from a table reservation at one of the many local restaurants to hiring a babysitter.
