This incredibly impressive chalet is called Panorama for a very good reason. From its elevated position, the lower village bluff in Hirafu, this luxury six-bedroom ski chalet enjoys magnificent views of Mt Yotei and its surrounding forests. Built in 2015, the expansive villa has over 474 square metres of space over three storeys and with its six bedrooms, multiple balconies, media room and 80 inch TV is the perfect accommodation for your family holiday in this remarkable part of the world. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the chalet.
Panorama has two bedrooms on the basement level, one on the ground floor, and three on the upper level. Bedroom one is on the basement level. It is 10 square metres and has two single beds that can be made to form one king-size bed. As well as a large wardrobe, it has an en suite bathroom. On the same floor, bedroom two has two bunk beds so sleeps up to four people. It is 14 square metres and has a wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Moving up to the ground floor, bedroom three has 12 square metres of floor space and has two single beds that can be joined to make a king-size bed, a wardrobe and its own en suite bathroom.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the upper floor. Bedroom four is 14 square metres, and has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom five has two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed. As well as a wardrobe and en suite bathroom, it has its own private balcony. The master bedroom is the largest with 16 square metres. It has a king-size bed, a huge walk-in wardrobe, a master en suite with shower and bathtub. The bedroom has its own large private balcony.
With a name like Panorama, and such incredible scenery you would expect the chalet to have balconies and it certainly does not disappoint. It has no fewer than three, one accessed via the living room, while the other two are private balconies for bedroom 5 and the master bedroom.
Everything about this family ski chalet screams modern luxury. The lighting systems are independently controlled meaning you can fix the mood and ambience to your individual liking in every room of Panorama. Wooden flooring and ceilings, massive windows and vaulted ceilings really do make this a gorgeous place to stay, and from where to enjoy the incredible panoramic views of the Niseko landscape.
The basement level has plenty of storage for the whole family or group, and it also has a laundry room. It is also where you will find the media room, complete with its massive 80 inch TV, red leather settees and bean-bags. The ground floor has the dry room with boot and glove dryer, WC and powder room as well as the large open plan living room with a gas fireplace, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests at the Panorama have free use of the concierge service for help with table reservations, babysitting or anything else to help their stay go smoothly. If they have small children, they can also hire a cot (suitable for children up to years), a high chair and safety gate.
The luxury chalet is situated in Hirafu Bluff, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas in the whole of Niseko. Near the Shiribetsu River, as well as the area’s world-famous onsen, there are many vibrant bars and restaurants within easy reach. These include Kemuri Bar, Yo Kaiseki and Ebisutei.
