Seizan 1, a three-story semi-detached townhouse nestled in the heart of Hirafu in Niseko is nothing but the perfect sanctuary to relax the mind, body, and soul. This contemporary townhouse chalet has 4 fully furnished bedrooms and is suited for a large group of family and friends seeking a memorable vacation together.
Seizan 1 also features an open concept kitchen, lounge and dining area, ski equipment storage/drying room, full laundry facilities, entertainment room, car parking space and gas fireplace.

A stair in the chalet leads to all 4 king-sized rooms on the upper levels with various bed configurations options. All the cozy rooms have expansive windows, ample storage space and picturesque views of either the amazing ski slopes on one side or the magnificent Mt Yotei on the other. All 4 well-appointed rooms share a luxuriously fitted Japanese style shower room, a separate bathroom, and toilet. You’d delighted that the entertainment room on the lower level can also be converted into an additional bedroom if needed.
The stylish Seizan 1 is nestled along a quiet area in the middle of the village, alongside other chalets. Take a stroll along the tranquil street blanketed by snow, and let the cold winter breeze blow away all your cares, so you can have a pleasurable holiday in utmost privacy amidst the serenity and peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The delightful ambiance is a welcome sight after a long day out in the cold Niseko winter. Warm yourself up by the gas fireplace or curl up on the comfy full-sized couch with a good book, in the warm and fuzzy lounge. Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the large open modern kitchen that has an island bench complete with a sink and full-size dishwasher whilst the other side of this spacious fully-equipped kitchen features a full-size oven gas top and cabinets not to mention high-quality cookware and cutlery. The dining area is the perfect choice for nights when you prefer to stay in over hearty home-cooked meals and great company, and overlooking the nearby Grand Hirafu ski resort. Original art spruce up the spacious lounge, kitchen and dining areas with a homey touch. End the night with a nice movie from the extensive movie library, in thecozy entertainment room on the lower level, which also provides access to an additional bathroom and toilet, laundry area, Ski drying room and parking.
The chalet can also assist you with special requests and arrangements such as car rental services, special dining, and tour experiences, sleeping cot, extra bedding, high chair and safety gates for kids. Our professional concierge will be delighted to do the bookings with added costs.
As Seizan 1 is in a prime location, it is no surprise that there are plenty to explore within proximity, all at walking distance. If you want to get to the Gondola or the Quad, the shuttle bus stop is just a mere minute away whilst it takes a short walk to get to the Ace Family Ski Lift. Additionally, some of Hirafu’s top bars and restaurants the likes of Rin Japanese Restaurant and Bar Gyu are literally right next door. A few blocks away, is Niseko Pizza, a small family-run outlet that serves delicious wood-fired pizzas. Seicomart, a convenience store native to Hokkaido, is also within walking distance should you need to stock up on groceries or other essentials. The Niseko Ski and Snowboard School (NOASC) around the corner is available for ski and snowboard lessons for all levels.
