The Skye Niseko Studio Yotei View sleeps up to 2 people and the beds can be configured either as twin or double bedding. The plush bed faces a sliding door-like partition that separates guests from the view of the bathroom and toilet directly across. Designed in an open setting without the borders of the usual bedroom, side mini desks with table lamps are placed next to the bed. The bathroom and toilet is sleek and contemporary with its ash-grey modern wall tiles, rain shower and glass screen, as well as some luxurious amenities and toiletries for self-pampering.

The studio unit looks out to the astounding view of Mt Yotei that looms out in the background, which guests can marvel all day long from the windows behind the drawn curtains. Besides the white powdery snow, there is also plenty of natural light from the sun which guests can soak up within the comfort of their nest.

The living space of the studio is modest, simple and modern with its use of colour scheme and design. With a grey couch sofa strewn with pillows of grey and white as with its dark grey carpeting that lend the vibe of monochromatic unpretentiousness, the rest of the decor here is matched by wood including its television cabinet, above which sits its wall-mounted television with Netflix and Apple TV. A little dining table for 2 with modern dining chairs complement the overall chic simplicity. The all-white kitchen located just behind is equipped with cabinets, microwave oven, hood and utensils, sufficient for guests to whip up meals during their stay. High-speed Broadband connectivity is also provided for guests to go online.

The hospitality at Skye Niseko is well taken care of by a 24/7 front desk staffed by local and international employees. Housekeeping services are performed daily with cleaning, restocking of the room’s items, and fresh change of towels, while new bed linens are provided every 3 days for stays of 4 nights or more. Guests who require cots (cribs) and highchairs can request at the time of their reservation, subject to availability. Meanwhile, the hotel staff and concierge will be happy to help guests arrange for excursions to hike the crater of Mt Yotei and various other experiences including off-snow activities and ski lessons.
