The lovely 2-bedroom suite is designed to offer the best view of Mt Annupuri through its large windows, encouraging the inflow of natural lighting. Located on levels 2 to 5, these units boast warm and subtle colours that compliment the snowy white slopes. It is part of The Maples Niseko, a collection of 73 homes and apartments situated right by the slopes, perfect for those seeking to enjoy a skiing holiday.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, open living area with designers’ furnishings, 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms.
Additionally, it is within proximity of the happening main streets of Hirafuzaka dotted with numerous eateries, retail stores, entertainment and activities spots and many more while onsite is a ski room, cafe and restaurant catering exclusively to the residents.
Its sleeping spaces consist of 2 luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms fitted with a comfortable double or twin beds encouraging blissful sleep, and a huge closet for ease of storing your personal belongings. For added comfort, a heater and air-conditioner are added. An extra bed (Japanese futon) can be requested if needed and is chargeable. The ensuite bathrooms are not only spacious but are of high quality and contain all the necessary essentials such as shower, premium toiletries and vanities.
As a truly ski-to-door home and being next to the ski lifts allows immediate access to the powdery white slopes via the residents’ only ski room. You can opt to have your meals onsite at the in-house cafe and restaurant. The happening Hirafuzaka main street with an array of restaurants, cafes, nightspots, entertainment options, retail stores is accessible in under 5 minutes. The Grand Hirafu ski area is only a minute away, can be a great stroll before you begin your skiing activities.
The interior areas exude a welcoming vibe with ample spaces to luxuriate and enjoy Niseko’s charm. A vast open plan living area, with a super plush sofa, placed in a cosy corner allows you to rest and relax in sheer comfort and take in the fantastic views via the massive glass windows. Get some entertainment on the huge smart tv which comes with both Japanese and English channels. There is also a big dining table for 4 for meals. The cosy kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances such as oven and microwave for light cooking.
Our friendly concierge team will take care of all your needs during your stay. Cleaning is provided free of charge every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. All other services such as ski lessons, purchase of ski pass, childcare, dinner bookings and more can be arranged and may incur additional charges.
The Maples is surrounded by a variety of retail stores, eateries, bars, cafes, entertainment and activity spots. The two most popular izakayas, A-Bu Cha and Bang Bang make the perfect stop to relax after a fun trip up and down the slopes. The Seicomart convenience store is only 400 metres away for a quick late-night snack trip or simple essentials run.
