The Orchards Three Bedroom Chalet is situated within a prestigious estate in the burgeoning neighbourhood of Hirafu West in Niseko, Japan. Spread across two levels, this retreat features sophisticated living spaces with modern decor and bathed in natural light via ample panel windows, presenting a contemporary aesthetic. It comprises 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a Japanese style bath and laundry on the ground floor, while on the upper floor is an open planliving, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area that provides sweeping views of Mt Yotei and the adjoining farmland.. In addition, there are also 3 bathrooms. The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 individuals.
This property includes multiple chalet units, so you’ll be assigned a specific one upon booking, with slight variations in layout and furnishings.
The unit has 3 impeccably designed bedrooms on the ground floor that embody minimalistic elegance. Of these, one is an ensuite bedroom. These rooms are both warm and inviting, equipped with super comfortable king or twin bed, central heating, with lots of panel windows, allowing you to bask in the breathtaking views. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished; one includes a two-seater couch, while another features a small desk and chair. The bathrooms showcases high-quality fixtures, rejuvenating showers, premium toiletries, and vanities, with one of them boasting a japanese style bath.
Its secure and expansive outdoor spaces, provide ample spots for recreation and the enjoyment of the breathtaking surroundings. Guests can take advantage of the on-site restaurant for added convenience.
On the second floor, you'll discover the expansive open-plan living areas, encompassing the living and dining spaces along with a functional fully-equipped kitchen. These spaces provide ample room for relaxation and pure enjoyment while soaking in the captivating views of Mt Yotei and the adjoining farmland through the numerous windows that surround the residence. Infused with modern design, the interior incorporates abundant wooden elements to capture the essence of its alpine style. The exceptionally cosy living area is ideal for unwinding. Sink into the spacious sofa for relaxation, indulge in entertainment on the oversized TV (equipped with Apple TV, international cable TV, and a sound system), or savour a cup of hot tea or coffee.
A wall separates the kitchen and dining spaces from the living area. Adjacent to the kitchen, the beautiful dining table awaits. A generously sized island table, serving as an additional dining space, divides the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with essential appliances like a refrigerator, electric stove top, rice cooker, blender, toaster, microwave, and kettle to ease meal preparations. There is also a ski drying room available for use.
The friendly concierge team is ready to offer assistance. Amongst complimentary services provided are winter shuttle service, parking (2), linen and towel changes for stays exceeding 4 days and regular cleaning service for stays above 7 days. Additional on-request services, including childcare, dining suggestions, ski pass acquisition, and coordination of ski lessons, can be arranged for additional fee.
