The chalet itself is a beautiful mix of Western snow cottage exterior and a Japanese-minimalist interior, featuring indoor stone gardens, a grand piano, water feature, 4 luxurious bedrooms, open kitchen, living and dining area, private garage, dual entrances, and ski drying room. These luxury features make for an exquisite escapade for those looking to take a winter trip to the Hirafu region in extravagant comfort.
This delightful chalet comes with bedrooms on both levels, each with their own attached bathrooms, providing luxurious comfort for couples, traveling families with kids or groups alike. The lower floor comes equipped with two bedrooms. Bedroom one features a double bed that can be separated into two singles and is equipped with an attached bathroom with an oversized rain shower while bedroom two has two sets of bunk beds sharing space with the media room, suitable for children and comes with its own en-suite bathroom.
On the upper level, there is the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed and features an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a hinoki bathtub. There is a second bedroom that has a splittable double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the chalet, relish in the unobstructed view of the gorgeous natural surroundings and spend some quiet moment exploring the light, sight and sound of Niseko during the cold winter nights.
Created to feature the amazing beauty of the Hirafu region, Tsubaki is designed with large windows to let in plenty of light which also helps warm the interior. The living room especially exemplifies this with its floor to ceiling glass panels that come with wooden blinds, there is also a stone gas fireplace to add to the warmth. The ground floor entrance hallway has a beautiful indoor stone garden, water feature with a grand piano infusing the zen calmness.
The open kitchen has its own kitchen island with enough seating space for three, together with the dining table, you could serve up dinner to up to eleven people. Kitchen space comes equipped with all the amenities to store and prepare food, gas stoves, ovens and refrigerator built in shiny chrome makes dining in an incredibly luxurious experience.
Additional services such as wireless broadband are provided for free. Other services such as portable sleeping cots for children up to two years old, high chairs, safety gates for children are available upon request and at additional cost.
With the ski slope within 10 minutes drive of the chalet, Tsubaki is at the centre of all the local skiing action. You’ll gain access to all the local stores where you can purchase winter gears. Not to mention all the culinary experience available right outside your doorstep. There are western restaurants such as the Steak Rosso Rosso and Niseko Pizza for those with western inclinations. For those looking for more local and Japanese eateries, there’s plenty to choose from such as Rin Japanese Restaurant and Fuji Sushi. Finally, for those looking to pass the winter nights with warmth and music, there are plenty of local bars that provide drinks and snacks alike.
