Villa Alam Mountain consists of two one-bedroom bungalows,each of which can sleep two guests. These two double bedrooms each centre around an elegant king-sized bed, topped with a high-quality mattress and covered by a draped mosquito net. These rooms are designed in a rustic style with panelled wooden walls and natural building materials. The sliding glass doors which grant entry to the rooms fill the space with natural light, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer superb views of the countryside. Both bedrooms are ensuite with modern bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower.
The true selling point of Villa Alam Mountain is the views. Situated on the slopes of Mount Adeng, the second you step out into the glowing sunlight of your private garden, you’ll be held spell-bound by the sweeping, panoramic views across the Balinese countryside, even including the UNESCO world heritage-listed Jatiluwih rice fields and the Sacred Temples of Batu Karu.. Admire the scenery from the comfort of your shaded veranda, which features plush sofas and a low coffee table. The two bungalows are nestled among stunning tropical gardens and manicured lawns which are perfect for a morning stroll or to lie on as you watch the stars dance in the inky night sky.
Staying at Villa Alam Mountain is an experience of outdoor living, as most of the ‘interior areas’ are open-air with only ceilings to provide shade, or have completely glass walls which truly blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. The main room is a convivial open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. The living area is comfortable and stylish, centred around a large, L-shaped sofa and the dining area features a long table which can seat the entire party as well as guests. Foodies will be glad to hear that the villa also features a fully-equipped kitchen, which has everything that you need to prepare either delightful home comforts or traditional local cuisine.

There are some stunning hiking and cycling routes nearby the villa, as well as some excellent choices for day-trips within driving distance, including the Temples of Batu Karu and some of Bali’s oldest villages.
