In the lap of the lush green rice fields in Kerobokan, lies the charming Villa Taramile — a fully serviced, family-friendly tropical villa that combines luxurious living with traditional Balinese warmth. Built with three joglo style pavilions in classical Balinese manner, the villa is a perfect escape from the crowds in more urban locations, complete with daily breakfast, professional meal service and a chef-hosted BBQ, plus a baby cot, high chair and board games on hand for younger guests. Guests get to enjoy the tranquility of Villa Taramile while being a stone's throw away from popular tourist attractions. Batubelig Beach, Seminyak and Canggu can all be reached within 15 minutes by car.
The four bedrooms of Villa Taramile are tastefully designed with a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and Balinese design sentiments. The bedrooms are housed in two different pavilions separated by the swimming pool. Hence all the rooms overlook the pool and a sight of the glistening waters greets the guests early in the morning. Two of the rooms have king sized beds, while the two other rooms have twin beds. All the rooms have attached bathrooms, newly renovated in elegant marble. Two bedrooms also enjoy free standing bathtubs for long and luxurious splashes, located outdoors.
The outdoors of Villa Taramile are a great place for relaxation. A 12-metre long well maintained swimming pool is the star attraction of this villa, with a shallow end ideal for younger swimmers and pool toys on hand to keep kids entertained. With a cascade of green foliage on one side and sun-deck chairs on the other, guests can enjoy a beautiful tropical experience without leaving the villa. Another added attraction is the poolside bale with daybeds.
Villa Taramile has inviting living areas designed with Balinese elements. The main pavilion has two dining areas - one on the covered terrace and one on the side of the main pavilion. With its wide double doors, open floor plan and traditional Joglo inspired structure, the living areas blend in modern and traditional design sensibilities very effortlessly. The openness of the indoor lounges make them a great place to relax and unwind after a swim in the pool or a day trip to the tourist spots. The dining area has a wooden table capable of sitting eight.
A fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area is stocked with refrigerators, oven, utensils, cutlery and stove-top. Hence you are in luck if you want to whip up a quick snack.
Meals at Villa Taramile are taken care of from morning to night, with breakfast and full meal service included in every stay. Start the day with a floating breakfast served poolside, or let the in-house chef prepare lunch or dinner at the dining table for eight. For a more festive evening, the chef also hosts a full BBQ service on request.
Villa Taramile boasts of an excellent staff. The regular staff consists of housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance and security personnel. Guests can also request the services of the chef — including a hosted BBQ — a babysitter, a chauffeur, a laundry assistant and even a spa therapist if required.
Although surrounded by the beautiful paddy fields of Kerobokan, guests can easily drive to the bustling restaurant scene of Seminyak and Petitenget in just 15 minutes. Foodies should head straight for "Eat Street," where beachfront favourite La Lucciola serves Italian classics at sunset, Métis offers French-Mediterranean fine dining beside open rice fields, and Sarong plates a celebrated modern take on Indonesian cuisine — ideal for a special occasion. For cocktails and small plates, Mama San is a local favourite, and Ku De Ta is the classic pick for sunset by the beach. Families will want to spend a day at Finn's Beach Club, one of Bali's most famous beach clubs, with pools and loungers for all ages, or head further to Waterbom Bali in Kuta, one of Asia's top-rated water parks, about 20–25 minutes away by car. Guests can also choose to explore the volcanic beaches, paddy fields and sea temples at nearby Canggu.
