As part of Address Nozawa, the Japanese Room is fitted with modern comforts and yet provides a surreal Japanese experience where guests can relax on futon beds and live in a traditionally-designed home. The property is popular for its accessible location close to the village market and in-house onsens for men and women.
An intimate setting in a traditional Japanese avatar, Address Nozawa Japanese Room provides Japanese futons to guests for a comfortable and unique sleeping setup. Two futons are provided for two guests so this is perfect for couples including those on their honeymoon. The bedroom is otherwise equipped with modern comforts like heating and cooling, wardrobes/dressers, ensuite with necessities, etc.

You have modern luxuries intertwined within the apartment so you are never too far from it.
You can live in the village and enjoy your traditional room to get a most tailored experience. The apartment comes with a kitchenette as well that is fully-equipped to help you whip up some delicious snacks and things for yourself and partner. The kitchenette has breakfast ingredients fresh and nutritious like eggs, bread, fresh fruit and tea/coffee with a Nespresso Machine at your service. There is a microwave to heat pre-cooked meals and if all else fails, where else will you find a hundred different varieties of instant ramen noodles if not in Japan.
Address Nozawa may be a traditional property but it does not shy away from providing world-class amenities to its guests. There are services including Wi-Fi, parking facilities for rentals, laundry room with washer/dryer and others. If you wish to store your ski equipment, the property even has a dry room for storage. The management can arrange customised tours to Snow Monkey, Nagano’s Zenko-ji Temple and Obuse. If you wish, you can partake in specialised cooking classes where you can learn to make anything from soba noodles and bread to oyaki buns.
