This supremely attractive two storey chalet is located in an ideal location in Niseko, with easy and quick access to the famous Hirafu ski fields and plenty of après ski bars and restaurants. With its four large bedrooms and an impressive 146 square metres of floor space, Karamatsu easily accommodates eight guests – making this the perfect chalet for your family ski holiday. As well as a large open plan living and dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen, this luxury ski chalet features a games room/corner complete with a PS3 games console. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Karamatsu has four bedrooms, three kings on the upper storey, and a queen on the ground floor. Bedroom one, on the lower floor, has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, and its own en suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor, bedroom two has two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed. It shares a bathroom that has a separate shower and bathtub, with bedroom three. This also has two single beds that can be joined to make a king-size bed and has direct access to the balcony.
Bedroom four is the master and takes up one entire side of the chalet and comes with two single beds that can form one king-size bed. It has a flat-screen TV, an office desk/nook and its own en suite bathroom.
The balcony is an ideal place to view the beautiful snowy Hirafu landscape. Karamatsu has off-street parking and is surrounded by its own grounds that have several mature trees that add to both the natural setting of the chalet and its privacy.
You enter Karamatsu via the traditional and spacious entrance room or genkan, next to the chalet’s own ski storage room. The ground floor is where the lounge, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room, with its extra-large leather settee and large flat-screen TV is designed purely for relaxation, and big enough for the whole family. The adjacent dining room area has a large corner style dining table that sits eight. The island in the kitchen provides seating for four and is ideal as a breakfast bar. This also has its own sink. The main workstation in the kitchen houses the gas cooker top, full oven, and toaster. Finally, on the ground floor, there is a separate standalone WC and a laundry room with a washing machine.
The upper storey of the chalet houses the games room which has a TV and PS3 games station. There is also a balcony, leading from the games room and bedroom three. Guests have free use of a high-speed internet connection.
Guests at Karamatsu have complimentary use of a concierge who they can use to book a wide variety of services from a table at one of the many local restaurants to babysitting services. There is also the very useful option of being able to pre-order food and provisions so that when you arrive at the chalet to start your holiday, the fridge and food cupboards are fully stocked with your favorite items. For an extra cost, guests with children can hire a cot, high chair, and safety gate.
The chalet is ideally located in Hirafu. It is very close to a stop on the free ski shuttle bus route which whisks you to the slopes, made famous by some of the best powder anywhere in the world. There are also a large number of excellent and popular bars and restaurants in close proximity. These include Bombay Sizzle, Nabe-Nabe, and Niseko Soan.
