The 4 bedroom Yotei Penthouse is on the highest floor of The Maples hotel-condominium. The generous sized apartment features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 large bathrooms, generous living spaces (living & dining areas) as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen, makes it the perfect winter hideaway.
5 meter tall ceilings and huge open windows allows you to enjoy the panoramic views of Niseko’s ski hills, Mt Yotei and Hirafu Village. It also have ample spaces for family and friends to completely soak in the allure of Niseko.
This penthouse makes a great entertainment space and can accommodate 10 guests.
This stunning penthouse have 4 spacious elegantly designed ensuite bedrooms, including an attached studio. It also have a ensuite tatami room ideal for kids or maid. Wake up to verdant views of Mt Yotei straight out the bedrooms which features large plush beds (with either double or twin configuration) while the airconditioner and heater provides additional comfort. Its ensuite bathrooms comes with a large bathtub, high end fixtures, washlet, vanities and fine toiletries. All the rooms are so huge that there is extra space to fit an additional crib or japanese futon.
If you dont feel like cooking, there are cafes and restaurants within the building catering to the needs of residents. With the Ace Family LIft literally at your doorstep providing the ski in, ski out convenience. On the other side of the building lies the lively main street of Hirafuzaka.
Its interior spaces is chracterised by clean and stylish contemporary architecture. The windows not only provides a panoramic views of the majestic Mt Yotei but also allows ample flow of natural lighting. Embodying the open concept, it houses a beautiful living/dining space with designer furnishings and a stylish fully equipped open kitchen. Relax on the super palatial huge sofa in the living area while enjoying some entertainment on the smart tv that comes with both Japanese as well as English channels. Meals can be prepared from the stylish open kitchen that is fully equipped with Japanese appliances ( as oven, cooktop, cutleries, coffee maker, dishwasher)
Next to it is the cosy dining space with a beautiful wooden round dining table for that intimate dining session.
Our friendly concierge team will be on hand 24/7 to assist you with all your needs during your stay. Essential services such as cleaning is provided free of charge every 2 days, with a mid-stay cleaning every four days while activities like ski lessons, rhythm rental, baby chair, baby crib, extra bed (Japanese futon) can be arranged and may incur additional costs.
As the building is positioned right next to the Ace Family Ski lifts you can easily jump in and head to the powdery slopes fuss-free. The ski village dotted with shops, trendy bars, cafes and restaurants are mere strolls away while a little further is a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy.
