The 3 bedroom Resort apartment is a charming modern home right in the heart of Upper Hirafu in Niseko. It is part of The Maples complex, one of the few truly ski in ski out accommodation in the area. Located on levels 2 to 5, it offers 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, generously sized open living spaces with designer furnishings and contemporary fully equipped kitchen, in addition to immaculate views of Niseko and the surrounding beauty. The units are also fitted with airconditioning and heater to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
Its ideal locality beside the Ace Family Ski lifts provides direct access onto the powdery ski slopes, while the lively Hirafu zaka main street is mere minutes away. On those lazy days, you can opt to to have your meals at the in house cafe and restaurant. This lovely home is suited for larger groups or families on ski vacation together, as it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
There are 3 luxuriously designed bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. One of the room is a suite room. Each bedroom offers either king or twin beds that are so comfortable, with airconditioning and heater further adding to your comfort. One of the bedroom have a walk-in closet.
Each of the spacious bathroom has high-end fixtures, premium toiletries, shower and vanities. The rooms are so huge that it can fit 2 additional Japanese futon for extra 2 persons with additional charges.
The suite room comes with large plush beds, huge wall-mounted TV and its very own kitchenette.
A huge floor to ceiling glass sliding door opens up to a small balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air and scenic vistas of the lively streets of Hirafuzaka and beyond. Furthermore, there is a ski room, a cafe, restaurant and reception desk on site to cater to residents needs. In addition, since the complex is right next to the ski lifts, you can get direct access to the slopes (the Grand Hirafu is a minute walk).
As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a spacious interior areas made up of the living space, dining area and kitchen. The vast interior spaces is also great for entertaining or intimate parties.
Nothing beats sipping hot green tea while seated at the super palatial sofas in the vast living area and take in the surrounding views via the large windows that runs throughout the property while the huge Smart TV with both Japanese and English channels keeps you and your party entertained. A generously sized round dining table allows meals to be savoured in comfort. Its sizeable contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances including dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and refrigerator, making cooking a pleasure.
Our friendly and resourceful concierge team will take care of all your needs via the onsite reception desk. Our hardworking housekeepers cleans the property every 2 days with a mid-stay cleaning every 4 days. The concierge team can help with making arrangement for services that you may need such as rhythm rental (winter only), childcare, ski lessons which may incur additional charges.
The Maples Niseko is located in a prime location with plenty of options for guests to explore, with the Ace Family lift right at your doorstep (truly ski to door) while the Grand Hirafu a minute walk. What better way to end your day at the skis in one of the two well-known izakaya - A-Bu Cha and Bang Bang. Within easy walking distances are many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, supermarkets. A free shuttle service is available every 15 minutes.
