Encompassing all the serenity and magic Uluwatu has to offer you, Villa Cahaya is a luxury villa located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. It is a 6-bedroom villa adorned with pure white furnishings with slight pops of color here and there with modern fixtures that complement the traditional architecture. The property has a stunning 21-meter infinity pool that perfectly blends in with the horizon, making the ideal spot for you to view the mesmerizing Bali sunset. Villa Cahaya also has an alfresco dining area with a plenty of outdoor lounge spaces to relax comfortably, taking in the amazing view before you.
In this heavenly villa perched on a high cliff in Uluwatu, Bali; you get 6 beautifully designed rooms that would accommodate a maximum of 12 people. The traditional elegance of Balinese art is depicted in the interior design of each room, with wood furnishings, earthy decorative art in earthy tones and pure white bedding and drapes.
There are two master bedrooms in the villa, both on the upper level of the property with sprawling views of the ocean below. Each master bedroom has a king-sized four poster bed-frame draped in beautiful silk walls and curtains. There is a sunken stone bath for one of the master bedrooms, while the other one has a freestanding bathtub.
This villa has surely been designed to impress, with not one but two swimming pools in the premises. The 21-meter infinity pool in the front of the villa is, of course, the most prominent feature of the property. Next, to the main swimming pool, there's a small gazebo to relax and take in the stunning scenery surrounding the villa.
The entrance to Villa Cahaya is through a pavilion designed after a traditional Balinese Joglo. It leads to a large open living space with many comfortable couches and seats for you to lie down and relax to your heart's content. The whole living area has a minimal and peaceful vibe due to the almost monochromatic color palate they have used in the decorations with only subtle pops of color from the lampshades, artwork, and wooden tables. Next, to the seating area, there's a service bar for you to get your drinks and the entire living room is brought together with the glamorous chandelier glistening in the middle of the wooden roof.
From Villa Cahaya, you can climb down to a stunning secluded beach area below and enjoy for as long as you wish due to the secluded location of the villa. Uluwatu Temple is a very close proximity to the villa, and is a must visit especially on an evening to catch a spectacular sunset against the ancient Hindu temple that is perched on a cliff. Do not miss catching a Kecak Dance, a traditional Balinese drama/dance ceremony while you are in Uluwatu.
