Villa Dia

Dia is a 4-bedroom luxury property for 8 guests. The bedrooms are arranged over two floors, so the house is never going to feel cramped. They all offer their own advantages. Two bedrooms on the first floor have their own balconies, so you can always have a special view of the wide beach. Those on the ground floor are closer to the common areas of the house, the lawn, the garden, and the beach, and may appeal more to the guests who don’t want to climb the stairs. They too offer good views, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass panels.

All four bedrooms have king beds with high-quality linen and extra pillows for comfort. They are air-conditioned and ensuite. Two bathrooms have bathtubs and the two others have unique open showers. The master suite has a television.

Villa Dia is a wonderful luxury property in a quiet and peaceful area. But the #1 reason for staying here has got to be its seafront location. The Wadduwa Beach stretches for miles in front. It is a serene beach with only a few properties on it and plenty of space between them, so the beach never gets crowded. You can go on long walks on the beach and see a gorgeous sunset view. See the fishermen bringing in their fresh catch and drying their nets on the beach.

Just outside the house, you will find a wide manicured lawn where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is also a private swimming pool, where you can swim anytime you want, even in the evening, thanks to the garden lights that provide a romantic ambiance after dark. Between the garden and pool, there is an outdoor dining table.

The living, and dining areas and the kitchen are all on the ground floor. The living room is large. It has sofas and armchairs for the entire family. It has a television and a music system. The dining area, which faces the pool, has a 10-seater dining table. Around the bend from here, you will find the well-equipped kitchen where there is a breakfast table and many appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine.

You are never on your own when you stay at Villa Dia in Sri Lanka. The house has a villa manager and a housekeeping team that works daily. There is also 24-hours security. Daily breakfast is complimentary. The house chef can also prepare your meals for a charge. Or, you can also use the kitchen to cook the meals. The villa has a BBQ, an iron, an ironing board, Wi-Fi internet, and a fire extinguisher. There is a baby cot too for young families.
