This 3 bedroom villa is located within walking distance from the nearby Batu Belig beach. The villa garden has a private swimming pool for a quick evening dip after a day full of enjoying the premium part of this paradise island. All 3 bedrooms have their private verandah or balcony. The decorations are as simple as they can be, making the bedrooms quite airy, spacious and welcoming. Bedrooms also feature a large table along with free Wi-Fi, ideal for digital nomads or those who need to catch up with their work while on vacation.
Kindly note that there is a construction project currently underway behind Villa Casa Cinta 1. Given Seminyak's fast-paced development, construction work is frequently observed in the vicinity. Regrettably, this ongoing development may impact Villa Casa Cinta, leading to potential noise disruptions between 9 am and 5 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
The 3 bedrooms in Casa Cinta 1 villa feature king-sized beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. While all 3 bedrooms are more or less the same size, one bedroom is located on the ground floor with easier access to the swimming pool, and the other two are located on the upper floor. The rooms have their private lounge area or a private balcony depending on where they are located.
They have large windows to allow a plenty of natural light, the rooms are well ventilated at all times. In order to keep up with the warm tropical sun in Bali, the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned as well.
The 9-meter swimming poolis pleasant and especially safe for children when the guests are traveling with families. Surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn and a lush growth of tropical plants, the glassy quiet swimming pool makes a very pleasant sight in the villa garden. There are lounge chairs on the deck for when the guests want to bathe in the sun. The open-style design of the villa’s indoor living spaces connects the villa to the garden outside seamlessly and beautifully, making it one consistent relaxing space. For those wanting to escape the warm Bali days, the living area can be closed and cooled down with air conditioning.
The villa has an entertainment area with comfortable couches for the guests to watch tv. It also partly faces the garden, making for a pleasant hangout spot for the guests. The second living area upstairs comes with comfortable chairs perfect for reading a book. The common upstairs balcony also has a smaller dining table for a more alfresco experience for the guests, especially at night. The modern kitchen in the villa is fully equipped with all the needed appliances. It also has a breakfast bar for when the guests want to grab a quick bite or a drink.
The resident staff of 3 takes care of the villa’s upkeep, and assist the guests personally in their needs. They are greatly accommodating and friendly with every guest, making their comfort and happiness the priority at all times. The arrival airport transfer will be arranged by the staff without any extra charge. On the first day of stay, the guests get their breakfast free of charge, and for the remaining days, it will be prepared at the cost of groceries.
Located in one of the most popular parts of Seminyak, Casa Cinta keeps you very near to a plenty of beautiful beaches in Bali. Batu Belig Beach is only a short walk away. For those who are looking for a more spiritual experience, Casa Cinta 1 is located near Jiwa Bikram Yoga, where you can explore your spirituality under trained gurus.
