Villa Kerta Rama is a blissful holiday rental situated in the heart of Seminyak’s trendy district Petitenget, an area known for its chic boutique shops, high-end restaurants and beach clubs. This five-bedroom luxury villa lies across striking 900 square meters and features a vast garden area, a glassy 16-meter long swimming pool and an opulent living space. This ample property combines the best of two worlds – beautiful contemporary furnishing with traditional Indonesian décor making it an oasis of well-being for extended families and groups of friends who are planning their Bali getaway.
As the villa is near one of Seminyak’s bustling hotspots, music from Ling Ling’s is often audible in the evenings.
Villa Kerta Rama sleeps up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms that are spread over two bungalows and a main building. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor in a free-standing pavilion, with glass sliding doors opening up to the garden and keeping the space sunlit. The opulent king-sized bed forms the center of the room and is draped with a beautiful canopied mosquito net. The master suite is fitted with a flat-screen TV that sits on a cupboard and a comfortable chair to put up your feet and read a book. The room features warm wooden colors that can be found in the parquet flooring, the furnishing and the high ceiling pavilion roof.
The en-suite bathroom features a generous dressing space, washbasins and a large bathtub that overlooks the swimming pool and is sheltered by a ceiling window, allowing you to watch the sky while having a bath. Two of the four guest rooms are located in a freestanding pavilion across from the master suite and the other two are situated on the first floor of the main building. All guest rooms share an equally beautiful interior design and are fitted with a king-sized bed, wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. One of the top floor rooms connects to a rooftop terrace that offers lovely views of the pink sky during sunset.
The 16-meter long swimming pool of Villa Kerta Rama is a striking highlight and easily accommodates 10 people at the same time. The glassy lap pool will definitely tempt you to dive into it and splash around. For your little ones, the pool offers a shallow wading area. For those of you who prefer to stay dry, sun loungers are spread across the garden under the shade of the palm trees. Alternatively, hang out at the pool bale that is the perfect spot to take an afternoon nap or enjoy an in-house massage. The garden of the villa features a large grassy strip that is surrounded by tropical plants and offers plenty of space for your kids to play or for you to work on your yoga poses.
The Living area is set on the ground floor of the main building across from the swimming pool and garden. Divided by a stairway that leads to the upper floor, you will find the living room to the right and the dining area with kitchen to the left. Both areas feature a topical open layout with stylish anthracite tile flooring and tasteful appointed wood furniture. The living room is equipped with a rustic padded sofa that is accompanied by a matching chair and table. Two rattan chairs and a side table provide additional space for cozy movie nights. The seating group faces a state-of-the-art media center, consisting of a flat-screen TV and sound system. Colorful pillows, selected décor and plants create a homey environment.
Across the room sits a long elegant dining table that has space for up to 10 guests and overlooks the verdant garden. Just behind the dining table, a fully equipped kitchen is installed, offering all appliances needed for cooking. For grabbing a quick bite or having a coffee in the morning, the kitchen counter offers seating on high bar stools. The open layout of the living area keeps the space bright and air-conditioners and ceiling fans keep it breezy and comfortable.

Villa Kerta Rama is situated in a prime location of Seminyak’s happening district “Petitenget” . Dining, shopping, nightlife and the beach are all within walking distance and can be reached within no more than 15 minutes. Bear in mind that due to the centralized location, music from a nearby bar called Ling Ling can be heard from the villa. Head to the “eat street” on Batu Belig and visit the Métis or Sardine, some of Bali’s best restaurants. Walking towards the beach, you will come across plenty of high-end boutique stores. You don’t feel like doing anything but having a lazy afternoon and pampering yourself with delicious food and cold drinks? The prestigious beach clubs Ku De Ta or Potato Head are your places to be!
