Ku Estate

The Ku Estate houses a total of eight air-conditioned bedrooms, sleeping up to 16 guests. All rooms are fitted with a king-sized double bed, sizable wardrobes, flat-screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and bathtubs. The bathrooms follow a semi-outdoor layout and let you gaze into the starry night sky while taking a bath or shower. Large window fronts in each room keep the spaces sunlit and offer splendid views of the verdant gardens or pools. Tastefully selected Balinese décor and warm wooden furniture create a pleasant atmosphere that will make you immediately feel at home.

The glassy 24-meter and 11-meter long swimming pools form the heart of each designated villa - perfect to refresh from the tropical heat and sit back on one of the sun loungers to relax and work on your tan. Lush foliage with palm trees, green leafy plants, and exotic flowers frame the gardens, creating the perfect holiday vibes. In Villa Ku Empat, you will additionally find a pool bale, sheltered by a Frangipani tree that welcomes you to take a nap, do some morning meditation or enjoy an in-house spa treatment.

The two living pavilions feature beautiful high vaulted thatched roofing and an open architecture that lets you oversee the tropical garden and pool from every corner of the living spaces. Elegant sofas with opulent crème cushions offer sufficient space to sit down with your friends while having a good conversation and enjoying a glass of wine. Furthermore, you will find a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and long massive dining tables with matching stools. Villa Ku Empat features a fully stocked bar with a counter that provides additional seating and a state-of-the-art fitness center. At Villa Ku Dua you will find a fully equipped kitchen that comes with all necessary appliances needed for cooking.

The lovely team of the Ku Estate will take fantastic care of you from the time you arrive at the villa until you depart. A relishing daily breakfast is included and various additional services are available upon request that the villa manager is happy to organize for you. A private driver, excursions, rentals, in-house massages or even a dinner party are just a few possibilities. Housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security staff will maintain and guard the villa.
