Villa offers 6 bedrooms. The first bedroom exudes a quaint vibe with its plush king-sized bed with rich wooden interiors and an open attached verandah. The second bedroom seconds the first with its uniform interiors and furniture. The third bedroom is a cozy affair with the same interior and furniture features as the previous ones. The fourth bedroom has a fresh and light aura with its white décor and an attached sunny balcony. The ritzy fifth bedroom is the ‘belle of the ball’. This room boasts of an extravagant look along with a balcony overlooking the ocean and a foot-pool. Situated right beside the fifth bedroom; the sixth bedroom is a subdued version of the fifth in its opulence but has an equally enticing view of the ocean from the adjacent balcony.

The open beach on the east of the estate claims the USP as an outdoor area for the Noku Beach House. Moreover, the property boasts of a twenty meters long infinity pool, overlooking the Indian Ocean. It is a perfect spot to soak in a sultry afternoon. The cloistered wooden gazebo by the poolside gives an ideal corner for a summer snooze. A small plunge pool simply elevates the elegance of the property. The viewing decks with posh modern furniture give the best areas to enjoy various views of the ocean as the day progresses. The open rooftop is well equipped with Barbeque areas, in case an impromptu plan of party springs up.

The Noku Beach House is splayed across three levels; the lowest levels consist of an open-plan indoor area, the next level houses all the bedrooms and the highest level has a beautiful rooftop. The indoor area, despite being an open-planned one, has well-articulated spaces that defines it in an elite angle. The chic 12-seated dining area treats one with visual sumptuousness. The modern and elegant kitchen can spur up any delicacy in this world. A special feature of the indoor area is the media room where one can play their favorite movies with the angelic sound system. The large green-inclusive living area is a visual delight. It provides a perfect nook for a lazy read in the idle afternoons. The indoor area is aptly complimented with a fully equipped spa having rooms for various treatments and massages.
