Beautifully designed alluding the comforts of home coupled with modern amenities including your very own 14 meter long private pool and 35 sqm spa gazebo, as well as open concept living and dining area. While there is a beautifully equipped kitchen you can also opt for private chef services or dine at our on-site Sushi & Sake Bar.
Its luxurious bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed and large wardrobe. The generous floor-to-ceiling glass walls encourage the inflow of sunlight throughout the day while also exuding a luxurious vibe. Should you need privacy, curtains can be drawn. The ensuite bathroom is equally wonderful and is fitted with high-quality fixtures, dual sink, vanities, premium toiletries as well as a freestanding bathtub.
The outdoors area of One Villa is simply amazing. Each of the one-bedroom villas has a 14 m long swimming pool surrounded by lush green gardens. A shaded pool deck with stylish sun beds, provides shade from the scorching sun. There is a 35 sq m gazebo enclosed in a glass room in the garden, where you can enjoy lovely massages or yoga . A small path across the pool, from the main entrance, leads to the indoor space.
The stylish indoor living space spanning 125 sqm, makes a wonderful relaxation spot and also good for hosting an intimate party. The contemporary living room comes with a very comfortable and posh L-shaped sofa, 42-inch flat-screen tv as well as Yamaha Restio Audio system while an open-sided layout offers easy access to the outdoor space. The open-plan living room feature a dining area with plenty of seating for two where you can enjoy all your meals at. As the dining room is within the living room space, you can enjoy pool and garden views. The kitchen is both spacious and modern and is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, TWG tea collection and stove, making meal preparation a pleasure.

Among the services available include daily in-villa breakfast for 2, airport transfers, 24 hours butler on call, turn down service, access to reservation only Japanese sushi/sake bar and many more. The vibrant Seminyak nightlife is yours for the taking, especially after a long day of adventure, dance the night away at the world- famous Ku De Ta and Potato Head Beach Club.
