The Chand’s Boutique Villas is an intimate collection of 8 beachfront villas located along the tranquil Batu Belig Beach, offering a relaxing escape just minutes from the lively center of Seminyak and Finns Recreation Club. Ideal for families and groups, it blends privacy, comfort, and a sought-after coastal setting.
The villas range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, making them suitable for both couples and families. Each villa is designed as a contemporary holiday home, featuring a private swimming pool, open-plan living areas, and a tropical garden terrace, with either full or partial sea views.
Kindly note that specific villa selection is not available, as units are allocated based on availability. Regardless, all villas are maintained to the same high standard of quality and comfort.
All of the bedrooms within the complex are bright, modern and spacious. Fitted with king size beds, air conditioning, LCD TVs and en-suite bathrooms, you can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest in comfort.
The 1 and 2 bedroom villas have bedrooms that lead out onto the terrace offering direct access to the pool and beautiful views. Through rolling patio doors you can enjoy a tropical breeze into the room or lay back and bask in the cool air conditioning.
The Chand’s 3 bedroom villa is laid out over 2 floors. The ground floor boasts 2 bedrooms across an enclosed courtyard whilst the master suite is located on the first floor with a private balcony and sea views.
The en-suite bathrooms all feature deep bathtubs, rain showers and modern facilities. You can bask in a relaxing bath to unwind after a day of adventuring the island or enjoy a flower bath with your loved one.
With large terraces, private swimming pools and tropical greenery each of the gardens within the villas offer a beautiful place to enjoy stunning sea views, the Bali sun and reclining sunbeds. You can spend a lazy day in the villa laying out in the rays and playing with the children in the pool. For a truly outstanding sight, you can watch the sun set into the horizon from the privacy of your own villa. Sit back with a tasty drink to see the sky turn magnificent colours.
The 1 and 2 bedroom villas within The Chand’s Boutique Villa complex have a kitchenette, living room and dining area looking out to the terrace and swimming pool. You can keep the patio doors open for a tropical breeze to run through the space or keep them closed to enjoy some cool air.
The 3 bedroom villa has a vast open air dining room, enclosed living room, kitchen and an additional living area. You can enjoy delicious meals from the room service menu or take the time to cook your own homemade favourites. The fully equipped kitchen is available for your use and filled with modern facilities. The enclosed living area is the perfect place to entertain the children with a movie whilst the parents enjoy a drink, neighbouring the dining area it is easy to check in and supervise.
The first floor boasts the extra living area spreading the length of the villa, it is a large room to spend time with your family. Overlooking the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the pool and sea from the comfort of plush couches. The tall wood ceilings provide an airy atmosphere for a breeze to flow through.
The Chand’s Boutique Villa Complex has a friendly team of housekeepers, villa managers, receptionists and security available throughout your stay. On hand to assist with any additional requirements, the team will be happy to help you arrange excursions, private chefs or spa treatments. You can fully immerse yourself in the holiday feeling, forgetting about home chores or errands.
Just meters from the beach, you can wander the area to enjoy the views and amenities available.
