This is the two-bedroom property at The Kumpi Villas, a great-quality and affordable collection of holiday residences in Seminyak, Bali. One of several similar two-bedroom villas within the estate, it features a comparable layout designed for a comfortable stay. This two-storey villa has shared living areas on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs.
It is an ideal holiday home for couples looking for a romantic break in Bali’s most upscale neighbourhood without having to break the bank. You’ll enjoy all the comforts you need, including air-conditioned rooms, comfortable bedding, and entertainment such as movies and TV, all at a very reasonable price.
The two deluxe master bedrooms are equally spacious, also designed and decorated in an almost identical way. They come with comfortable king-sized beds with premium level bedding for a good night’s sleep. While being a very much contemporary style residence with many modern elements, they have incorporated a traditional Balinese roof made with wood to the bedrooms and the main areas of the villa. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and you also get a ceiling fan. The colors used in decorating the room are very warm, cozy and earthy, not disturbing the peaceful ambiance of the bedroom. You get a compact but fully equipped en-suite bathroom that has a bathtub as well.
For a 2 bedroom villa, the garden space of the property is very well utilized to create a perfectly relaxing environment for the guests. It is also very much family friendly if you are traveling with your little ones. The perimeter walls of the villa have been covered with brilliant green tropical plants that make for a very soothing sight and also plenty of fresh breezes. There is a wooden pool deck that has comfortable rattan lounge chairs to relax after a nice swim. The well-manicured lawn is perfect for children to safely run about.
Entire downstairs space of the villa is a common living room with plenty of social space. There is a dining area with a wooden table that easily seats up to 6 people. Apart from the entertainment corner the guests get to enjoy at the privacy of their bedrooms, there is a large sitting area with a flat-screen TV with access to satellite channels, movies, and TV shows keep the guests well entertained. The couches in the sitting area have nice views of the garden as well.
The staff of Villa Kumpi 1 is friendly, accommodating and highly communicative. There are 4 staff members to take care of all your needs, and also prepare your meals if you wish. Your arrival airport transfer is included in the price that you pay, which is highly convenient especially if you are landing in Bali at night. For families traveling with kids, the property provides many extra services such as baby cots, high chairs and babysitting services at reasonable costs.
You will only be 700m away from the beach when you stay in this charming little villa. After a relaxing by the pool, you can take a leisurely stroll to the beach where you can see the sunset while having a cocktail or two at the Ku De Ta beach club. For the foodies, the popular local restaurant Straw Hut is only a few minutes’ walks from the villa.
