This modern apartment-style three-bedroom villa is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Seminyak, Bali. One of several similar three-bedroom villas within the property, each residence follows a comparable layout while offering the same comfortable stay. Along with its spacious and inviting interiors, the villa features a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained backyard garden with a swimming pool.
The location is within walking distance of the beach and close to Seminyak's popular dining strip, home to amazing restaurants and cafés. Elegant in its own way, the villa showcases creative décor and generous social spaces. The three deluxe bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for a family or a small group travelling together.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with easy access to the swimming pool and the garden. It is a thoughtfully designed room with large glass windows facing the garden, filling the room with lights and long hanging curtains to give the guests privacy when needed. Most of the surfaces are white, with bright pops of color here and there with the use of decorative elements. There are two more guest rooms upstairs, almost similar in size to the master bedroom, featuring king sized beds and air-conditioning. Each bedroom gets an artfully designed and decorated en-suite bathroom with a nice big couple’s bathtub.
The main focal point of Villa Kumpi 2 is its 9m swimming pool, clear aqua blue in color and impeccably maintained by the villa staff. The garden space around the swimming pool is compact but maximized the use due to the clever landscaping. There is a nice pool deck for the guests to lounge, a small lawn for small children to play around if you are a traveling family and a few bean bags lying on the verandah when you do not want to be fully under the tropical sunlight.
As you enter the common living space of the villa, you can see 3 main areas. In the outer verandah area, close to the swimming pool there is the dining table. It is a wooden table surrounded by rattan chairs, place in a space that has a nice view of the garden and constantly blessed with the pleasant tropical breezes. In the middle part of the living space is a media corner with a TV and a set of comfortable couches placed in front of it. At the far corner, there is a very modern kitchen, with stovetops, a pantry and a large refrigerator for the use of the guests.
This 3 bedroom house is complete with a staff of 5 to take care of all your needs during your stay at the property. Even with their greatly reasonable price for the property, they also offer some great complimentary services for the guests. When you land at Denpasar Airport, you will be greeted by a driver and a car arranged free of charge by the villa staff. You will also get to enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast spread prepared right at the property every morning.
Villa Kumpi 2 places you approximately 700m away from the beach nearby, which means you only have to take a quick and leisurely evening stroll to make it to the beach in the evening just in time to witness the much loved and popular Bali sunset. If you want some live music, great company and come to a glass of wine to go with the sunset viewing, make your way to Ku De Ta, the most coveted beach bar in Seminyak that is particularly known as a great sunset destination.
