Located in the Oberoi District of Seminyak, surrounded by many high end and luxury properties, Villa Alice Dua gives you a happy and humble home away from home for your tropical getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Bali. It is a small property with only 2 bedrooms and targets those who are looking for a private and intimate getaway with all the comforts for an affordable price. The bedrooms come with large four-poster king-sized beds and are minimally decorated to give you an airy and spacious feel throughout the villa. With the small tropical garden surrounding you, and a large comfortable living room, Villa Alice Dua will provide you a peaceful little haven for yourself during your stay in Bali.
This 2-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates 4 people. Both bedrooms serve as deluxe master suites with king-sized beds. The bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom. To entertain yourself during your stay, you get a flat screen tv in each of the bedrooms. The wardrobe space is quite large, and you get safety boxes that you can lock to keep your valuables as well. The bathrooms consist of rain showers and bathtubs, continuing the tropical garden theme that is common to the entire villa.
Villa Alice Dua has a perfectly landscaped garden that is large and well maintained. In the middle of the garden dominating the scene is the curved swimming pool, with a comfortable gazebo on one end and 4 sunbeds bathing the tropical Bali sun on the other end. With families in mind mainly, the designers have made sure there is a nice shallow end in the pool where children can swim and a large grassy lawn where they can run around enjoying their holiday as much as the adults do.
This property, in general, is relatively small in size, but the designers have utilized the space in the best way to give a spacious feeling in all the living quarters. The main living area has an open view of the garden and the swimming pool. You get two large couches with comfortable cushions to spend to relax in the afternoon with a glass of fresh fruit juice. Next to the main seating area is the dining area, a beautiful wooden table where 6 people can comfortably dine. A fully equipped kitchen is available for all the cooking needs that you have. The decorations are quite minimal yet colorful, adding a fun vibe to the tropical garden theme the designers have carried out throughout the villa.
The villa has a staff of 4; friendly English speaking locals who will greet you with a smile every time. They include daily breakfast at the room rate and if you need lunch and dinner, you can request the staff for a personal chef as well.
Housekeeping, pool maintenance, guest assistance and 24-hour security service will be supplied every day. If you need a massage, a babysitter, or a driver to make your holiday even better, you can request them for an additional cost as well. The property is also able to arrange rented scooters and cars for an extra cost.
Villa Alice Dua is less than 12 minutes’ walk away from the nearest beach and quite close to the popular restaurants, pubs, and cafes in Seminyak as well. If you want to get any shopping done before you head back to your country, Oberoi Street is right around the corner. Ultimo Restaurant and Metis Restaurant are two local restaurants that are popular for their great food and service.
