Villa Alun is a 3-bedroom villa in Seminyak that has a radiant and stunningly white layout. Adding to the charming and spiritual vibes in the Island of Gods, Villa Alun makes for a heavenly little haven during your tropical vacation in Bali. The location of this villa is quite near to the hotspots in Seminyak. You will be able to enjoy your comfort time while not missing out on the parties, good food, and fun in this lively resort town. From the pool, bedrooms, the living area, and the kitchen of the property, everywhere is designed to give a contemporary and modern aesthetic. This almost ethereal looking villa will surely add an extra level of value to your stay in Bali.
Bali continues to grow and evolve, and occasional construction is part of this development. Please be aware that there is ongoing villa construction opposite Villa Alun, which may result in some noise between 10 AM and 6 PM. To compensate for any inconvenience, we’re offering a special discounted rate during this period. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Villa Alun at a lower price while exploring Seminyak’s lively restaurants, boutique shops, and stunning beaches.
Villa Alun can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 3 beautifully designed bedrooms. The glistening white theme of the villa exterior extends to the bedrooms as well, with pure white bedding, drapes and even the furniture. Due to the largely white background, the light blue, purple and pink touches they have put to space with the help of artwork and cushions make quite the pleasant contrast, giving an overall very chic, modern, and sleek vibe to the entire bedroom.
The master suite comes that is on the ground floor of the villa comes with a King sized bed and the wide glass doors which makes an entire wall of the room slide open to the stunning view of the pool. There are two guest rooms on the first floor of the villa, each with its private balcony. One guest bedroom comes with a Queen-sized bed, while the other feature two single beds. Every room in the villa has air conditioning, an entertainment corner with a wide flat screen tv and an en-suite bathroom.
The swimming pool of Villa Alun is well maintained by the staff and makes quite a pleasant view to the eye with its blue waters in a predominantly white color background. There are many sunbeds around the pool where you can simply lie back, relax and let your mind freely wonder as your eyes feast in the perfect design of this villa. The garden of the villa is brightly green, creatively landscaped and very well maintained. On one side of the garden, there is a summerhouse with its own alfresco BBQ area, a cozy daybed and a dining table. Light a few candles and you will get to experience a perfect candlelit dinner.
There is a large living area on the ground floor of the villa. The living room is quite fun and colorful with the multi-color cushions making a surprisingly bright and colorful ambiance compared to the pure white serenity in the other parts of the villa. The dining area has an ornate wooden table has colorful red touches, further making a contrast to the white background and creating quite a nice effect overall. There is also a media lounge with a home theater system with surround sound for you and your loved ones to enjoy at your free time.
The staff of Villa Alun consists of a personal guest assistant, security, housekeeping staff and a driver who you can request for an extra cost when needed. They will also be helpful with your travels around Bali and will arrange for you to rent a scooter or a cab if needed as well.
Located in Seminyak, Bali, Villa Alun is never too far away from the most fun and happening events and places in town. You are less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Batu Belig Beach is only a few minutes a walk away from the villa where you can watch the stunning Bali sunset without having to worry too much about it being extremely crowded. However, some noise from the bar accross the street can sometimes be heard from the villa usually from the pool area.
