Strategically located in Seminyak, An estate in South Bali known for its several famous beaches, Villa Ayora is a single-bedroom holiday home for two guests. The accommodation is not only close to the beaches, but also beach nightclubs where tourists can visit anytime to enjoy together with the locals. Villa Ayora has a private swimming pool and a top-roof terrace for relaxation. The rental is ideal for a couple, two relatives, friends, or a young family.

Enjoy a deep slumber in this villa’s single ensuite bathroom. It comes with a king-size bed, a comfortable mattress, and an extra pillow for comfort. The room has air conditioning to ensure you have a great rest at night. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with bathrobes, towels, and shower gels. It also has a cubicle rain shower and a big bathtub that is partially outside. Guests will love it here as they will jump direct from the bed into the pool. One entire wall is made of glass overlooking the pool and the living area on the opposite side. The bedroom has enough storage area and a TV with Netflix for the couple to enjoy movies.
Make your partner feel special by surprising them in the morning with a floating breakfast on the pool and some sweet words floating on it. The villa staff are always available to make such arrangements if you request. An outdoor bathtub is available too for relaxing. The villa has a rooftop terrace, well-furnished with a comfortable outdoor couch where both guests can head to whenever they need to bask uninterrupted.
Villa Ayora is one of the several single rentals within the area with a living area separate from the bedroom. The lounge is direct opposite the bedroom and guests can only access it through the floating path over the swimming pool. It has a comfy couch facing the poolside, a small table, and a small bar. A kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, and a hob. is on one side of the lounge, while a small dining space for two is on the other.
The friendly staff will be at your service throughout your holiday in Villa Ayona. However, none of them stays in the villa to allow guests to enjoy their privacy. They ensure the villa is clean all day and make your breakfast. The property has a safety deposit box, WiFi, Netflix, and YouTube access. Ironing facilities. are provided upon request, and there are also black-out curtains in case you need to take a nap during the day.
Seminyak is a vibrant area and there is a lot to enjoy within it. Guests love it here as they can walk from one beach to the other as they enjoy water activities such as surfing. Some of the nearby beaches are Batubelig, Blue Ocean, and Petitenget Beaches. The area also has several nightclubs where guests can pop in for a drink. Beauty spas for pampering yourselves are also available. Other places that you can explore around this villa are the Temples and the nearby stylish boutiques.
