Located at the heart of Seminyak, one of Bali’s most fashionable beach towns, you’ll find Villa Jumis, two interconnected villas combined to make a glorious eight bedroom property. from the second that you step into the villa you’ll feel as though you’ve walked into the future. The air-conditioned interiors are consistently sleek, modern and sophisticated. Each villa has a living room, where you can get some respite from the afternoon sun as you watch Netflix from the comfort of the plush sofa, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Both gardens are sanctuaries of calm at the heart of the city, offering sunbeds and loungers as well as two large swimming pools between them.
Each of the two villas at Villa Jumis has four bedrooms, meaning that there is a total of eight bedrooms across the entire property. Each room is sleek and modern, with steely great, metallic and hardwood tones, accented in some cases with works of colourful modern art and decorated ceilings. Each of the rooms centres around a plush double bed and all rooms have access to an ensuite bathroom with modern fittings. If you’d like to take a private moment under the cool air-conditioning, each of the rooms has a wall-mounted, wide-screen TV with Netflix.
Step outside each of the two interconnecting villas and you’ll find two private gardens, designed in modern lines and calming colours. Here you can soak up the sun while away from the beach. Recline on a sunbed or loungers, some of which are arranged in direct sunlight, and some of which take advantage of the shade from awnings or towering, tropical greenery. At the centre of each garden is a large swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off from the heat of the afternoon sun.
Sleek, modern and stylish, you’ll never want for 21st-century conveniences during your stay at Villa Jumis. As this property is made of a combination of two lavish villas, you’ll have two kitchens and two living rooms, perfect for a multi- or extended family getaway. Both living rooms are spacious and contemporary, with plush, oversized sofas and flat screen TVs with Netflix and international channels. The kitchens are located in an adjacent room and offer all of the modern amenities that you’d expect from a villa of this calibre, including a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave and more. The culinary concoctions that you (or a private chef) cook up can be enjoyed around one of the large dining tables, each of which can seat up to eight guests. Those who hate to abandon their exercise regimen while on holiday will be delighted to hear that Villa Jumis has a well-equipped home gym for you to enjoy an active getaway.
Your stay at Villa Jumis will be made all the more comfortable and relaxing by the excellent local staff there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Without arranging any additional services, you’ll be taken care of by housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, security services and a personal assistant. A daily breakfast is also included.

Villa Jumis is conveniently located at the heart of Seminyak. You’ll have several options for drinking, dining and shopping right on your doorstep, as well as a gorgeous beach within walking distance. The town is known for being modern, family-friendly and upscale, with plenty of family-oriented activities to enjoy. Seminyak is favoured by many travellers as a gateway to the rest of Bali. The sightseeing hotspots of Ubud, Uluwatu and Kuta are all easily reachable for a day trip.
