Nestled in the quiet corners of the landscaped garden, the three air-conditioned bedroom suites of Villa 3 provide both seclusion - behind stone walls, through screened entrances or on separate levels - and access to the outdoors - via a garden bathroom, deck or terrace. Recharge your batteries on the soft king-size beds with quality bedding and enjoy the lovely garden views whilst being surrounded by modern decorations and earthy colours, or keep up with your favourite show on the flat-screen TV. You can refresh yourself in the fabulous bathtubs and showers in the charming attached bathrooms and feast your eyes on the tropical greenery observable through the glass doors.

The Seminyak villa offers a huge private pool of curved shape with tiered shallow steps, which allows you to swim to your heart’s content. Faithful to the one-of-a-kind architecture (which is inspired by Indonesian fishing boats, as “Layar” means “sails” in Bahasa Indonesia), the pool comes with white shade sails. Under the shade, you can have a sip of cocktail whilst resting or sunbathing on the rattan deck loungers. The timber sun deck and the garden Jacuzzi are other places for basking in the lovely Balinese weather. The landscaped garden ensures that you will always be surrounded by tropical plants and flora during your stay. Take the flight of floating steps and spend some time in the strong>mezzanine media room if you fancy catching a film using the wide-screen TV or reading an interesting book whilst lounging on the soft couches.

You can have the experience of fine dining right in the comfort of your villa, as Villa 3’s dining area offers such a wonderful view and a glamorous space with first-class interiors. The adjoined full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, wooden cabinets and modern appliances will provide everything you need to cook for your loved ones.

At this fully-serviced villa, you will not have to worry about anything, as the attentive property manager and staff will cater to all your needs. Housekeeping, maintenance and security will certainly be ensured, whilst child-friendly amenities, tour and transportation arrangement and even garden barbecue and in-house massages can be arranged according to your request.
