Set beautifully in the heart of Seminyak, Villa Lisa is the perfect holiday home whether you're on a family vacation or having a blast with a group of friends. Seminyak encapsulates the best of everything Bali has to offer by being the perfect hub of happening restaurants and clubs, boutiques and beaches. What's more, this gorgeous three bedroom villa is a only a five minute drive and twenty minute walk away from the beach. Located near Jalan Drupadi, Villa Lisa is merely a few minutes away from the famous Oberoi Road known more popularly as “Eat Street”. This modern three bedroom villa built beautifully with a touch of contemporary architecture can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons and offers specialised services of two well trained staff members.
The master bedroom set cosily in a separate round cottage right at the entrance area of the villa. This cottage overlooks the garden and the pool and faces the pavilion housing the other two bedrooms. The cottage sports a thatched roof and the entire setup gives off a natural forest vibe. This comfortable and spacious room features a large King sized bed, cabinets, air conditioners and an en suite bathroom with rain showers.
The villa offers two more bedrooms, both located on the second floor of the villa. Both rooms are decorated using subtle, natural tones and come with spectacular views of the garden, the swimming pool and the beautiful landscape. Both rooms feature large king sized beds, flat screen TVs and DVD Players and air conditioners. The rooms also have spacious cabinets and the en suite bathrooms have monsoon rain showers, wardrobes and double sinks. Both rooms are also adjoined by spacious balconies where guests may enjoy the stunning view and relax.
The Villa overlooks a large nine meter swimming pool. Lush palm trees surround the swimming pool giving off a real coastal vibe. By the swimming pool is an iron wood deck with twin sun beds. The villa comes with a beautiful private garden with green lawns, palm trees and traditional Balinese décor
The garden also houses a sweet garden pond surrounded by pebbles and stones.
The villa has a spacious living room sporting an open air concept. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa where up to eight people can lounge to watch the flat screen TV with the DVD Player. At the centre of the living area is the dining area containing a handsome dining table that could seat up to ten people and where guests can enjoy their feasts in comfort. The living area also includes a well equipped kitchen that is complete with a coffee bar with six stools where guests can sip on their morning coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of the garden. What's more, the villa also has a separate guest bathroom and wash basin in case guests need a little extra space.
The artistically designed staircase in the living room leads up to the landing area that houses a large four poster bed thus becoming the perfect spot for relaxing while taking in the gorgeous view.
Well trained villa staff members are at your service throughout your stay here for housekeeping, helping with transport and food arrangements and to solve any queries or concerns you may have. You may also opt for a private chef or driver on special request.
This luxurious villa is located right by Jalan Oberoi more fondly known as “eat street”, popular for its trendy boutiques, cafes, clubs and restaurants such as Kiloo and Zibiru. Further, the famous Ku De Ta beach is only a twenty minute walk away and a ten minute drive or scooter ride away for the villa.
